I wonder what would be a good way to let them know we would really love some DLC to add some various outfits? Such as skyhold and ball ones? I'm sure men as well as women desire some different choices, from feminine to more flashy.

Okay, you're upset and frustrated.  I hear you there.  There has been a few decisions in the development of this game I feel strongly against, like race gating.  Yet, I know that's going to be a part of the game and it's up to me to decide if I want to pay for it.

I'm beginning to wonder, what exactly do you want them to do at this point?  The game comes out in a few weeks.  Do you want a DLC?  Sure, I'll sign up for that.   Yet, for now, what are you asking from them?  Do you want them to get on their knees and apologize?  They could tell you why they made that decision, but you've just said that they won't have legitimate reasons in your eyes.

They can't change it now.  It's just too late.  One attracts more flies with honey than vinegar, so why not be polite about requesting a DLC?

Piles of poop are also pretty good at attracting flies, you know.  But why would I want to do that anyway? Flies are gross.

What I want them to do? Well you're right, at this point, nothing really. Venting and feature requests kind of blend together though, and somehow it's always too late for that thing you want no matter how late it actually is. Maybe for the next game? I'm not interested in microtransactions for appearance DLCs.

I'm almost tempted to say these issues probably wouldn't be happening if the inclusion of multiple races wasn't back

...except FemHawke had the exact same party outfit for MotA as ManHawke?

BioWare just doesn't give "female" anything development priority.

Why are people bitter about the MotA outfit? That was not an attempt by BioWare to create a good looking outfit. The entire DLC is a satire of Orlesian culture. The outfit looks just as terrible on a male as it does a female.

Unless the issue is that you wanted a terrible looking dress as opposed to terrible looking trousers.

Ok well who wants to help try and make it known to bioware that we really would like more skyhold and ball clothing.

I thought the fact that it looked kind of terrible added to its charm. It was just some silly garb one of those painted fops picked out for Hawke; rather than something she decided to wear.

We got the "feminine" walk!

That gets overridden by the male animations in cutscenes.

Yay.

Only some of us got the "feminine" walk.  The lady elven PC looks like she spent over a day in a saddle.  She walks with her knees unnaturally far apart.

I figure I'm helping by posting here.  The devs do read and lurk on a lot of these threads.  There isn't much else to be done at this point.

Her female groin protection cup is in the way.

Well I don't really know but didn't the femquisitor thread get her shown in more trailers? I forget what they did to convince them maybe we could email them tweet. And is Allan a dev or a moderator?

Did Allan really say that?

Yep.  When asked about the bulge that has shown up in every pic of the lady Inquisitor from the waist down, he claimed that it was a female groin protection cup.  I've seen them and no, they don't produce a bulge.  It leaves the area smooth.  That's an element of design that I do smell laziness on.

He's one of the technical Q&A analysts for the DA team.  He's a dev, but his main thing is bug fixes and general quality control.  He's extremely busy at the moment, because this is his crunch time.  He's working insane amounts of hours along with the rest of the debug team in order to get the game polished for launch.  He does have moderation powers though.

Well, this isn't the first thing he's been utterly wrong about.

On the bright side it helps those who want to have transexual characters look the part more.

Also, this is a little bit different.  That thread (which I participate in) just wanted to see more of the female PC.  This is asking for a whole new model and design of clothing.  This isn't something nearly finished/completed that they can just show off.

Cameron has been getting a little testy as of late, so proceed with caution.

I support that, but I'd rather not have it mandatory on my cis-gendered characters.   :P

That is..really the best outfit the Inquisition can come up with? I guess you can forget adding "snazzy uniforms" to the "reasons to sign up" list.
