So I'd just like to point out Sera's non-armored apparel is much more aesthetically pleasing than the Inquisitor's
Yeah, make this a little more neat and it would have been great.

Hello, I have a very small minor suggestion to give to Bioware, hopefully they can implement it in a post-release patch,
In the recent Skyhold stream we found out that there is just one casual outfit we can wear in Skyhold as the Inquisitor.
I understand the game is going gold soon so there's no way this can be changed, though I'd appreciate if Bioware could patch more outfit choices in an upcoming patch.I imagine the same white clothes will become boring after spending a few hours in Skyhold, let alone over the course of a few playthroughs.
Feel free to discuss if you feel like it, BSN!
Cheers!
This is one reason I prefer playing with a PC vs a platform. In a word MODs, this kind of thing is what the Pc moding community loves to tweek. First it will be unlocking all the clothing in the game files for the player to choose from then you'll start to see modders create different textures for the existing meshes in the game then new outfits will be created with new meshes.
Yes i do support increased offical content for casual clothing as well. In the meantime I am glad there will be modders.

Considering it is Frostbite, those mods may not be coming.

Yeah, I think that's one of the main reasons behind the "negativity" on the boards lately. Normally, small gripes like the casual clothing could easily be fixed by modding, and PC players wouldn't have to worry about them at all. This time we don't really know for sure if even rudimentary modding on Frostbite is possible. I keep hoping we can at the very least unlock all the outfits for casual use at Skyhold, but at the moment we can't count on that.
oh definitely yes bioware do something about this please and thankyou
Additional thing I have noticed, the Dwarven Inquisitor played in the stream today was wearing the same muddy-brown casual outfit whilst approaching the war-table. It's looking more and more like this rather depressing design choice is definitely for every Inquisitor.

Ah man, stop bringing me down.

I don't mind the outfit itself as much, but what is the deal with that colour?

Changing to color alone would be fantastic! The design of the outfit itself is growing on me but the color is awful I really hope we can change it in game and that's just a default color.

It's honestly the boots, colour and neckline that bothers me. The rest of it I don't actually mind. The leggings are cool, the shirt is alright. In fact the neckline, on the Dwarf above, doesn't even look bad. I do NOT like it on female chars though. I can't stand necklines that high, and buttoning clothes around boobs - in a shirt THAT tight - is not the way to wear clothes comfortably. Button popping whilst breathing aside, it's just not particularly believable as a woman's choice for comfort.
Ah man, stop bringing me down.
Sorry ![]()
And thanks for the screenie.

Darn, I was hoping it changed at least based on backstory.

He's blending right into the floor! That suit is blending in too much into the background of the shots I've seen of it so far. Please let that be just a default color that can be changed.
that's really nice that's the type of styles I would like.Well tweeked so its not choppy looking. So I'd just like to point out Sera's non-armored apparel is much more aesthetically pleasing than the Inquisitor's
am I the only one that doesn't like what sera is wearing?
Oh gosh, now that we've seen how different ManQuisitor's ballroom attire is from the FemQuisitor's version we've seen previously, perhaps the male version of the casual outfit won't look like this one.
Fingers crossed.

Where have the Ballroom clothes been shown to be different?
Also, nope, from the stream today looks like casual is the same for everyone:-

am I the only one that doesn't like what sera is wearing?
Also, I prefer it over the Quizzy one - mostly cos it's actually quite feminine. It's clearly scruffy underwear, but it has some personality and shape to it.
^Oh. I didn't notice that part. Oh well.
There is a thread in the Scuttlebutt section: "Sneak peak of the next DA:I video."

Okay... after scooching over, I have to say, the fem!Quiz and M!Quiz Ballroom attire still looks pretty much identical - except since the outfit was clearly originally intended for a male char, it looks better on the man.

Not really.
The male outfit has the look of an actual suit. The collar and shoulders look different. It looks like something you'd see on British royalty today.
EDIT: Okay, so perhaps they aren't so different upon closer inspection. The angle that FemQuisitor is in in the still shot made it look different to me....
I does look dashing on the man, though.

Aye, I was just about to post this for you, so you could see them side by side:-

It's sadly the same outfit. And I only say sadly, cos I really would have liked a feminine/female unique outfit for a Ballroom setting. I agree that the M!Quiz looks very nice in it.
It is so very odd that the times when you would think the female Inquisitor should look and dress "feminine" would be at time like this- the ballroom and chillin' in her crib- yet she doesn't. I guess she tries to make up for it by strutting around the battlefield, which is the odd part.
