their is a nice trick that lets you upgrade some arms and weopons to a teir more apropriate for your level by selling them and buying them back or if you have wardens keep, you can put them in the chest and it'll do the same thing. Now a lot of people including me have been asking if this item or that upgrades, so i would like anyone who knows something that upgrades, to just write it down, this might have been done before but i didnt want to look through a million forums, What im wondering about is stens blade but feel free to write down any you know of....

You must be doing something different than I, then.
Tried this numerous times with different vendors, at different parts of the game with old armor.
Nothing upgraded.
