I'll be biased against Cullen because I'd rather kill him than have him in the game.

It will depend on the character I am playing and the personality I have settled into for that character.  I imagine it will happen.

Probably, a little bit.  I intend to focus my first playthrough on diplomacy and intelligence, rather than strictly military matters.  I want to see the Inquisition working to unite the already existing factions of Thedas to deal with the threat...because even though in game terms the Inquisition can probably stand alone (with the right choices), it seems like a better decision in terms of storyline.  More fun, too.

As such, Cullen is going to get left behind in comparison to Leliana and Josephine.  Not by a huge amount, but by a little bit.

I don't plan on listening to anything Cullen has to say. That's bias, right?

I think I'll likely end up siding with Josephine most of the time, because I have a strong preference for diplomatic solutions.

That's not really bias towards the character though.

It really depend on the situation (on what my inquisitor will be like, my first play will be a mage siding with the mages ofc), but in case of doubt i will always pick Leliana first.

Since I can't stand Cullen (ducks) for so many reasons, I'm biased against him, but depending on the character and playthrough, my inquisitor won't necessarily feel that way.

Well, before each mission, you'll be given an idea of which adviser would have the best results for that mission, so I'll likely choose the best one for the job.

This pretty much sums up my view on the question. It will totally depend on the particular Inquisitors I play and their views/relationships with the advisers.

So, your characters will be shooting themselves in the foot because you, the player, doesn't like one of the advisors.  Yea, I'd say that's the very essence of "bias". :P

It's not likely, that I'll be biased towards my advisers the first time I'll play DA:I. I'll try to get the best outcome possible, without knowing what actually will happen. That's  part of the fun for me.

But sure, as soon as this experimental phase is over and I start to roleplay the game, my characters decisions should be biased, not only by advisers.

I can't wait for people who hate certain advisers to love the options those advisers provide.

I hate you Cullen...

Damn - I agree with you on this topic.

Damn - this topic too.

AND this topic...

And... this one.

I plan to just let Josephine run the Inquisition so I can go kill things.

This.

Lelianna got all dark and morbid on me so I no longer care much about her and, if possible, will send her to her death asap. Cullen as well, I'm still bitter about his attitude problems in the past games. Unless he wants to drop trow and play boy toy, he's getting sent on a suicide mission. Josephine is all that matters.

Wow. Notwithstanding that I'm biased towards Josephine myself, I think sending advisers on suicide missions is a bit extreme. (I don't think you can do it, but I wouldn't even if you could.)

I tend to lean toward diplomacy, but I will try to make the best decision for each situation. Additionally, spreading things out a little is going to be required in order to unlock a variety of perks, and so I may have to make some decisions just for the purposes of unlocking the perks I want.

You would make a bad leader.

For my first playthrough I'm definitely going to try to be as diplomatic/fair/just as possible. I still want to get **** done, so I'll probably side a lot with Josephine as well as Leliana (just because I adore her and she makes my inner fangirl scream). I suppose it's bias in a way just because I have a rough outline of who I want to be.

edit: totally forgot about Cullen, wow. that basically sums up my feelings for him.

Not at all. I value Josie and Leliana's opinions. They are both due respect and I have every intention of listening to what they have to say.

I don't consider Cullen to be a advisor. More like an annoying fly that won't leave your house. And no matter how many times you try swatting him they remain and keep buzzing around your head.

Going to pick the advisor that would suit the situation. I am trying to save the world I don't have time to care about if my character personality does not mesh with theirs. We all have jobs to do and its my job to use their skills place them in the situation that certain advisor can effectively deal with.

I will listen to all of them equally.

I tend to follow the logical way....I don't care who is giving good or bad advice, I am going to go with the ideas that make the most sense in the given moment.

Pretty much this, I always annoy cullen everytime I encounter him on any dragon age game. And this one will not be the exception.

I want to play a playthrough where I can entirely distrust Cullen without any bad repercussion or fire him and replace him with a better war advisor.

Like the murder knife.
