I spec recharge speed for dark sphere and not for seekers, so not for me. The other benefit is you can also do damage in addition to just activating your seekers.

 

I see. When I look at recharge speed for DS it normally speeds it up from like 11 sec to about 9 sec or something, I wasn't recalling that SS cooldown is really so long.
