my characters pictures wont upload on to this sight, a couple have but not the ones i want, the ones that do show up are wearing the original armor they had on not what i have equiped on them, anybody know how to solve this problem?

Not really sorry. Lots of threads about it but nothing I've tried makes a difference. The server for the pictures seemed to work for a few days but nothing recently. The only thing I haven't done is readjust the ports on my router and computer. I doubt thats the real reason and no-one has reported it working for them. I believe it's a server problem.

I have the same problem, I have 3 characters pictures that won't load, but if I go to view details, I can see the full body picture for 2 of them.
Damn it, now my avatar picture is gone as well.

Well, shoot. 
Is there ANY way I can see my poor characters' faces again on 360? They were pretty, and I can't, you know, LOOK at them.

did you choose a colored background for your portrait? unless you leave your in-game portrait background black when creating your character, it will not upload properly.

Nah, I don't think that's the problem. I have colored backgrounds for all my characters. Half of their pictures uploaded properly- half didn't.

I have this same problem. When a character uploads for the first time I get no picture. Both for DA:O and DA Awakenings. Also when I go into full picture view not even the full picture of their body and armor loads up. Even if it does load up they never are wearing the correct armor anyways.

I'm experiencing this issue as well.
When I originally played Origins and it would never upload the pictures except for the first save, so I just created characters until it loaded that first save. It never uploaded updated pictures after that save though.
Recently, I imported my character into Awakening and I basically tried the same thing. However, I have been unable to get the full body or facial pictures to upload (except facial background) so I just gave up on it and played despite it not showing pictures.
So far I've:
1.) Continually imported my character hoping to eventually trigger it to upload the pictures.
2.) Continually created new post-epilogue saves with different gear to import with thinking maybe my full body picture wasn't showing, because it had trouble with certain gear.
3.) The Awakening issue happened after I played Darkspawn Chronicles, so I deleted the Darkspawn character hoping that would help. Seemed unlikely, but I was willing to try anything.
I never tried anything with the ports on my router, that being said, it uploaded both pictures correctly on the first save of Origins, so that seems like it should still be fine.
Perhaps they'll have it figured out if they release another expansion or allow import on Dragon Age 2.

None of my character data is uploading at all. No name, no stats, nothing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it even ties in with what the rest of you are experiencing. It's kinda frustrating.
