One can aways make Hawke look different and say: "well, it's been ten years, she/he got older" I'm looking foward to see how close I can make Hawke compared to DA2.

Really stoked to see our former protagonist show up again though. Judging from the videos it seems Hawke will be a important character during the main campaign, I wonder if (s)he will be a npc or perhaps even a temporary companion? 
While I will always think not bringing our three protagonists together for an epic boss battle is a missed opportunity... if Hawke is a full-fledged party member and not just a temporary one, I will be able to forgive BioWare.

Actually, I don't think it did (the latter bit). I remember changing Hawke quite substantially and Carver stayed default Carver.
What's the highest level you can reach in Origins, Awakenings plus DLC compared to DA2 plus DLC? That'll tell you who's the most powerful out of the Warden and Hawke.

And just to be clear about it, I love the IsabellaxfemHawke storyline! They are so wonderfully snarky with each other. I just love that our favourite pirate always manages to rile up Aveline!!!
I think it would've been kind of awesome to be able to romance both Isabella and Aveline. At the end we could have just let them fight it out, with swords and everything, while they insult each other.

the warden had a much longer game, three dlc, and an expansion. There story is done, and people need to realise that. Now hawke on the other hand had two great dlc, and that's it..and the way the story was left at the end of DA2 clearly indicated there was going to be a sequal/ expansion pack...but it had to be canceled..when it was almost done, and rather than waste all that time and effort they moved some aspects over to DAI. So we get to see the conclusion to hawkes story, alongside a new story with the inquisitor.Hawke's lovely and all but all I'll be able to think is "I'd trade you for the Warden.
