Just make sure you are playing with a Krogan and shoot the phantom while head butter is getting gutted into spectator mode.

Very smart player in that clip. Against Cerberus I use a lot of my missiles on turrets or engies setting up turrets.

It's not really Orbital bombardment, but as close at it can get I guess.
Destroy a Phantom's sword to remove its melee capabilities.
It works! Just did it today at least twice. If you hit her sword with a Javelin you're removing her melee capabilities for good.

Alternatively:
Orbital Ion Cannon killsats. They have a seven minute warm up period though.

She's actually my favorite enemy to kill. When I see purple, I go straight for them. Using a power to force the bubble allows you to headshot. My favorite way of killing her is priming with Incendiary Ammo and then fire-explosioning that bit.ch with Overload. Makes her go POP.

Batsent with submission net; works really well with the Arc Pistol with cranial trauma and armor piercing and APIV ammo. Headshotting a phantom is particularly satisfying....
