Z is correct she wasn't necessarily insane, but she certainly had a few screws knocked loose. I actually liked the fact she had a different viewpoint on her magic than everyone else...even though she was tad eccentric, I disagreed with her each time, but I still always felt sorry for her.
As for Carrol, that guy...he...I don't know. I have a feeling he will be back but then again I have no idea.

The Caroll in question is apparently a Knight Captain.

Hmm...where is this DAI letter? I don't see Bioware using the same name again for a different NPC, so if a Caroll is mentioned in a letter...then it is probably the Caroll. Although I can't say I am surprised that he would be mixed up with the RT, and who knows many years has passed so I suppose he could had became a Knight Captain.

Idk...all I remember was that he was apparently a prude so I doubt we will see him as...eccentric in DA:I if he is in it, which I highly doubt. However, one may always have great dreams and hopes!
