What makes you think he wants to?

After several years in Tevinter rather than indulging himself in their culture he helps a girl in Kirkwall so he definitely wants to use it for good.

Can't believe a lot people made him tranquil. What makes you think that he can't use his powers for good?

He's a person.

This girl is now insane. Thanks for the help; you did a lot of good.

Perhaps, but you'd have to weigh that not just against the absence of risk, but against the possible gain from having a living non-possessed Dreamer. From my POV, the existence of a Dreamer is worth considerable risk in itself.

Also, for all intents and purposes you *are* killing him. Ask Karl.

Tevinter had several non-possessed Dreamers in its past and it was no utopia. The way I see it, the risk isn't worth the gain.

Personally, I concurr with Owain. Some people feel more strongly than others, that doesn't mean they are more humans. Feynriel breathes, his heart pumps and his brain works. He is alive and well.

Again the utter wrong and false usage of the word insane.

What makes you think he wants to go on a killing spree and take over the world. To make a kid tranquil based off what he may do, is jumping the gun.

I find the opinion that tranquility is equal to killing someone very offensive to tranquils like Owain.

Because she's in love with him?

By all means, do enlighten us. What does insane actually mean?

It is more the fact, that Feynriel has so far failed horribly to manage his own problems. And he presents a very clear threat to ALL of Thedas. The chance that something may go wrong, is simply too big.

IMO the depiction of Tranquility can be a little uneven, and the experience seems to vary from person to person.  The Tranquil mage in Asunder who helped Rhys and Evangeline demonstrated that she was perfectly capable of thinking for herself and resisting the templars; she just didn't choose to until that moment.  On the other hand, some of the Tranquil wandering around the courtyard in Kirkwall act like they've been downright lobotomized.

In love with a person, she has NEVER met, won't EVER meet, and can't be certain is even real. Yeah, she is certainly off the deep end- Good job Feynriel, using your powers to manipulate a young farmers girl. Jolly good job indeed.

An idealist girl who enjoys her dreams is not insane, she is likely a minor so there is that too.

The age of consent is 13 in some countries, I heard it was the case in Brazil. I don't see Thedas even knowing what age of consent is least of all having a rule for it.

You're going way out of your way to excuse this in a BioWare game, where at least the age of adulthood is about 18.

Out of curiosity, where did you get this information?  I know the Dalish reach adulthood when they get their facial tattoos, which is around 18-ish but can vary with individual.

Sounds like a lot of people I encountered in jr. high and high school. Also, isn't she a noble?

A young and sheltered romantic with no real concept of reality? Sounds a lot like the people I knew in jr. high and high school.

The age of consent in Brazil is 14, regardless of gender or sexual orientation,. I don't see why Thedas should follow the 18 rule even when some of countries don't do right now at a modern age. She was below 18 but she was of age of consent, a teenager. You are going out of your way to prove tranquiling Feynriel is perfectly justified while its clearly up for debate.

Fun fact, Thedas isn't Brazil. And a boy who was 15 says that he has to pose as a man. Really, you're grasping at some really thin straws here.

So Thedas is America? Good to know. There is no court or supreme government to decide it. If we are being blunt here, if it works down there you are an adult in Thedas. Also that boy example proves nothing.

I just gave an actual in game example. You just gave your opinion. There aren't enough straws in the world for this, really. By the way, America doesn't have an age of consent. It differs by state, and in mine, it's 16. Of course your opinion probably overrides that too.

It was Lulupab's opinion that she was even a minor in the first place.  >_>

Age of consent is not the sole thing of importance. Some courts allows those aged 12 and 13 to engage in sexual activity with partners who are 5 years older or less. The thing is Feyriel himself is 19 or 20 or something and that girl should be 16 or 17. There is no way in hell that relationship is frowned upon anywhere in Thedas. And by America I meant the state you lived in.

I did express my doubt when I said that but she really seems like a teenager.
