I just saw a necro thread get locked which you guys said happens. I've also heard resources for me3mp are finished along with support. Couldn't the release forum moderators & white people to do challenges & good stuff? Forgive my misunderstanding of businesses but that would rock. I wasn't here at start do I missed out.

The moderators don't have anything to do with the challenges or ME 3 MP support, so the locking of necro'd threads doesn't indicate that there are still dev resources involved with the MP section.

 

The developers themselves have all moved on - some to DA:I, some to ME 4. There haven't been any staff members to work on challenges since March of 2013, so there won't be any more.

I figured it was something like that! 

 

But no, they have no budget for hiring anyone new. The budget was scheduled to pay employees to work on ME 3 Support, Q A and challenges for 1 year, after which there was no more budget for employees.

 

At this point, from a business perspective, there's really no way for them to go back and add anything new to MP.

Yes, it's in... pre-development, I think. I don't know the details (anyone with more info can correct me) but at this point, I believe there's a small team working on the design, writing, and planning, and it's expected in the next couple of years. 2016, maybe?

That, my friend, is exactly what I meant. Big agree. I mean, no one can write "And we are done here." in a more sultry and alluring fashion than the amazing BiowareMod002, but actual engagement with the minions participants on the forum would be awesome enough to even make the Internet worthwhile.
