I just ordered on Friday last week (Oct 17) a hoodie and a tee from the Bioware Store, and on Monday the order finally appeared as shipped under the "Where's my stuff?" section. The Bioware Store says that it has been shipped and has left Hebron, KY, but from the USPS tracking page it says "Pre-shipment".

 

It has been like this since Monday this week. What does "Pre-shipment" means? I have never had this on any package that I have bought from internet. How long could this take to arrive if I live in Mexico?

 

The store basically forced me on priority shipping of about $40, so I really wish that it could at least be as fast as possible. They should do something about their shipping costs, as it is insanely expensive.
