This game will not live up to the hype, the last Bio ware game to do so or at least get close was ME2, DA2 and ME3 were both disappointing I bought both on pre order and learnt my lesson the hard way.
The price mark up on DAI is well over priced and I see no point in buying a game that wont meet the hype or expectations of myself, I'll wait for players to get hold of the game for a few months and see what a real review done by players is like and hope the price tag that is highly overpriced is dropped as soon as a game of year version is made with all the content added.
As EA have firmly got their model for making games now I'd expect DA:I to have like 10 DLC's all marked up at half the games price and maybe one expansion like DAO: Awakening at full price of the game. That said I can see there being a ton of useless cosmetic DLC's or short DLC's to get maybe a new companion for like £10-20 a time, EA's way is to sell you half a game at £50-60 then sell you the rest for like £100- £150 in small chunks unless this changes I'll be avoiding this title.
So while I'm a fan ofthe dragon age series and the story that was in DAO and I have managed to see past the flaws of DA2( it will never be as good as DAO/DAO:A) the fact that DA2 never got a good expansion like awakening makes me doubt DA:I will get one but we'll see.
I'd love to be proven wrong be so far every game after ME2 from bio ware has left a bitter taste in my wallet and I believe no game will meet the hype, that said the question remains would EA refund the full value of the game if after you play it your left disappointed because that never happened with ME3?
