I personally hope Cap, Tony AND Natasha bite it.
Not because I dislike any of them, but just for dramatic appeal.

How would they die, which Capt 3 Civil War is happening?

I'm sorry, but this "roster will be changed after Ultron" nonsense just smells like something I scraped off my shoe when walking through a cow pasture.
If they added Vision, Scarlet Witch and/or Quicksilver, that's changing the roster. Surprise! No one actually dies!
Marvel keeps "Heil Hydra" a secret all the way up to release day, but they tease things like "the roster will change" and "broken Captain America shield in the trailer" and expect people to bite?
Nope. No one's going to die. Maybe Tony leaves Earth after Pepper dies due to his creation of Ultron (leaving him to join Guardians like in the comics) or something, but no one is going to die. They wouldn't let something that big be let out this far away from release.
Who actually said anything about dying? You're just looking for a reason to pick up on every word i say. I believe the change in the roster means that it'll no longer be one team, No longer will it be The Cap-lead avengers. Paving the way for the civil wars. Can't really say more until i see both Age of Ultron and Cap 3.

Well, if Cap died, Falcon could take his place like in the comics right now.
War Machine for Tony too...
But really if any of them were to die, we all know it'd be Hawkeye.
Poor Clint. He barely gets any screen time, and got completely cut out of Winter Soldier.

Yea, they could do that
Though it's alittle late for it now since they had RDJ and Chris Even introduce Civil War lol

Well, first of all... its not you saying this. Its Marvel - they've teased this "change of roster" thing. I'm not questioning you're trustworthiness or validity as I've heard this tagline from multiple sources.
Secondly, you are agreeing with me - Marvel is making it out as if someone may be dying in the next Avenger movie, but it is not likely to happen.

Nope. I don't see anybody dying that soon. And they're not implying that they're going to die.
It's amazing Marvel doesn't even need to wait for SDCC to announce anymore. I am pretty psyched for the entire lineup but my favorites are Civil War and Captain Marvel.
As for spidey....

I really, really hope Marvel can get things worked out with Sony. While I admire what they are trying to do with Spider-man, he really belongs within the MCU.
It'd be a real shame to have him left out of Civil War.
If Marvel and Sony ever did work out a deal with Spiderman the resulting movie would destroy records.

Eh. Even if they did get the ink signed today on an agreement to put Spidey in the MCU, there's no way they could introduce him and have him ingrained as an established character before 2016. He would have to be introduced as a side character in another movie still in production... maybe Ant Man? But Spider Man and Ant Man in the same movie... that would be confusing to the (many) people who don't know Ant Man and think Spidey was the star attraction.
Unless they fast track a MCU Spiderman movie at an insanely accelerated rate, Civil War will be Spidey-less.

Or maybe Cap 3 is just a warm up of the true civil war that's yet to come after the Infinity wars. They'd have much time to introduce spidey from now to then.

No! Just no! We surely need spidey, But Spider-man is a heavy character, He can't be introduced like Quicksilver or Scarlet Witch.
Just bring in Andrew Garfield.
Nothing in either series confirms or denies each other existing.
Just have Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 happen after Winter Soldier.
So in terms of more realistic speculation, who could Marvel use as the substitute Spidey? Do they even have a masked hero in the MCU right now?
Not really, everyone's identity is pretty well known.
So I have no earthly clue how Civil War is going to work.
This civil war adaptation is probably going to focus more on who superheroes answer too and not so much about who they are under the mask.

Well, I mean... Spiderman is in New York. You'd think that if those movies occured after he first Avengers in the timeline, someone might have mentioned the alien invasion that occured just a few years ago and reduced entire sections of the city to rubble...?
True. But I am just saying. It's easier to integrate Spider-Man than it was to put in Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch.
And Oscorp tower was going to be put into Avengers.
Not to mention, retcons and comic properties go hand in hand.

I'd disagree, honestly. All they have to do is make those two people with super powers that aren't mutants - that's not hard to do in a movie universe with other people who have super powers and no mutants to be found.
Spiderman is such a big, well-established (both in comics and in more mainstream media) character, that integrating him in would require more finese and attention than making characters few comic book fans have heard of side characters in a larger movie.
Explain to me the continuity problems with bringing in ASM.
There aren't many. Especially in the timeframe I set it in.
As for Pietro and Wanda. "Few comic fans have heard of"?
If you're somewhat into comics you know what House of M is. Wanda is a big player in the Marvel Universe.
You'd have to really be new to the medium, and never seen any X-Men cartoon to not know who they are.
I ain't got time for them filthy casuls.
