So, Just watched the first 7 episodes of S2. Only one remains. I really like the the new atmosphere, Digging up clues to help solve the puzzle, It's kinda what i do best personally, So, I have a knack for these kind of stuff. Episode 7 is a quality episode and Coulson is a quality director. Hell, Even better than Fury. Never thought I'd say that. Here's another thing, That chick, Agent Carter, Is totally Cap's type. And i really hate her guts. I have watched Captain America: The First Avenger a really long while back, So i can't really remember how she was. But, Locking down artifacts, Specially from the hands of Howard Stark, Because of danger obsession, And the illusion of safety, Is totally Cap's style. And is totally not my style.

You must be in the minority then.

She wouldn't be getting her own show if no one liked her.

Well, Yeah. 90% of the times I'm on the minority. But don't get me wrong, I am going to watch Agent Carter after I had seen with my own eyes how brilliant agents of SHIELD is. But it may bore me after 2 episodes as I'm not interested in the protagonist or the setting. But I may watch it for Howard Stark. That guy is amazing.

P.S: I've completely watched all released episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Feel free to talk spoilers with me about any specific event.

I really want to full on cry in Age Of Ultron.

Actually have the guts to kill of a character I care about.

Now obviously Captain America Civil War means that Iron Man and Captain America won't be killed off.

Thor Ragnarok means that Thor won't be killed off either.

We have:

Hulk

Black Widow

Maria Hill

Agent Coulson

Hawkeye

and

Nick Fury

5 characters who can be killed off. This will ramp up the tension in Phase 3.

Now that we know that main characters are not protected by "plot armour" could make us worried about the characters in Phase 3.

Also kill off an important character in Civil War

Kill off an important character in Guardian's of The Galaxy 2

Kill off a few important characters in Part 2 of Infinity War.

Message of Phase 3. No one is safe!

To long didn't read? Kill off some important characters and keep them dead.

Arnold Schwarzenegger make my point for me.

Before you say it, yes I know Age of Ultron is part of Phase 2 and not part of Phase 3.

Well, Abe, I don't believe in killing characters off intentionally just to add tension to the plot. Doesn't work that way, Feels unreal to me. If a character's story arch needs them to be killed off reasonably, Then it's okay. I've always addressed this issue when i debated the infamous ME3 ending. Both happy endings and sad endings feel unreal, They feel forced, Why can't we have endings that fits the themes of the fiction regardless of who lives and who dies?

Here's something interesting, I believe that The Mockingbird, Bobbi Morse, Is a much more skilled warrior than the Black Widow. (Hey there, Budgee) :P Specially in the MCU. She's very smart and capable and resilient. And she's one for the cause. She stood and still stands for S.H.I.E.L.D even in its most desperate times. Unlike the Black Widow, She, And Maria Hill bailed out on Fury in The Winter Solider. Maria has even abandoned S.H.I.E.L.D and applied for a job at Stark Industries. She sold out Coulson to cut a deal with the US military. Fury made a big mistake by making her his second in command. As for the Black Widow, Her loyalty will be truly tested in Age of Ultron. Verdict is, The Mockingbird beats The Black Widow.

I watched all of Season 1.
It's very bleh until Cap 2 happens. Then it's just kinda ok.

Completely lost interest in Season 2.

Really? Season 2 is where I feel they finally got good, instead of the standard "big bad of the week" formula.

What, The, F.uck?!

As for Agents of SHIELD, Both Seasons are brilliant to me. First season, Heavy SHIELD operations with SHIELD at its mightiest then SHIELD Broke and it has become a fight of survival, Which was pretty good as well. Expanding the Winter Soldier's story arch. And then, Fury handing over things to Coulson to rebuild SHIELD and fight HYDRA. Which is currently happening.

Agents may well be one of the worst shows I've watched. I tried to get into it a few times, but it's just bad on every level.

Speaking of the Civil War, I don't really know whose side i am going to be on. Staying neutral for now.

Pffft. Captain America's side. Obviously.

As we saw in Winter Soldier (and will see again in Age of Ultron), any attempt to impose a system of control to make thing safer will result in ruin and destruction. This was definitely the case in the comic Civil War, I'm sure they will continue the theme in the movies as well.

Well, I hate Cap to be honest. He doesn't see the big picture. Fury was trying to assure that we're up to the challenge if another alien race attacks, He had no desire for controlling civilians. I guess for me, it'd depend on the contents of the registration act and who is going to be in charge of it.

There is no contents of the Registration Act.

Seriously, Marvel never told any of their writers what was in the act because "Oh, it's all legal and stuff, and could be interpreted so many ways..." (Me paraphrasing, but that's essentially what was said). So what happened was nothing stayed consistent in any of the tie-in books, or even the main series.

The best part is Iron Mans side was portrayed as the bad guys, even though Marvel said that they were in the right!

It makes me curious as to why people wanted Civil War to be adapted. It's not a good story. In fact probably one of my least favorite events in Marvels long history.

It's something Marvel wants to do.

But not what anyone actually wants.

It's a good story. The problem is, The original writer of the Civil War comics, Wanted it to be a portrayal of today's politics from the deep inside, To be a symbolic story rather than being a pure comic story. I'm hoping they can fix that in the MCU. And about the act as well. I want them to make both sides likable, To make it tough to choose.

It could have been something interesting.

The idea of the story is fine.

But it ending up being just another dumb superheros fighting superheros comic plot.

^All manner of this.

It also made One More Day possible. Therefore it's evil.
