Does anyone else find it a little off? I've watched it 6 times and there's just something about it. I loved it in the E3 demo when he was talking about chaos. Which way will he normally sound, or are both normal?

I thought it definitely sounded more like FPJ in this latest example, but I liked it and it didn't seem off to me really. My guess is that when he's sassing around with someone like in the earlier example he might put on a different tone because he's amused.
Freddie Prinze Jr? No wonder it sounded terrible and out of place. Just watch one of his video doing the Iron Bull voice. He is forcing it too much and totally didn't come out natural at all. No wonder it fluctuated all over the places trying hard to keep that same tone. They should at least went in there and tweak his voice to a lower register. There so many thing wrong about Iron Bull. I'm actually okay with it. Iron Bull is supposed to be a much more charismatic Qunari than we're used to, and Freddie Prinze Jr could easily give that off. It might take some getting used to having that voice coming out of a dude that huge, but...I trust I will.

He sounds like Freddie Prince Jr to me and I can hear James Vega doing something weird with his voice. I heard him do the acting in the "Under the Horns" video, and I did not like it at all.

It's a very different voice for a very different Qunari.
Its weird, I don't like it, but at the same time I can see myself potentially loving it. :S :S :S
I thought it sounded different from the Under the Horns video, but maybe in recording it was altered, or just sounds off. Or maybe it's just... The inflection in the voice at the time. When it was the Under the Horns video, his voice seemed a bit slower when speaking, but the lines I heard in the new trailer seems faster, so they lost the inflections of Sean Connery that I heard before? Not sure how to pinpoint the difference.

He sounded more refined in the Under the Horns trailer, didn't he? I mean, yes, he said crass things, but he said them with a refined accent. The new trailer doesn't seem to capture that. He sounds more rough, and definitely like James Vega, without the "Hey ese" accent.
