Wouldn't let them play a Lego game? I don't even...
EDIT: My parents were pretty strict until I turned 13, then they pretty much gave up. One of my aunts, mother of a cousin ten years younger than me, keeps asking for my advice on what video games are appropriate for him. I don't think she's even aware of the rating system.
SpongeBob is also not allowed in the house either so yeah I don't know what their standards are for being okay and not being okay. I'm guessing no violence ever not even cartoon unless its Kirby then that's okay. *shrugs* My mom was reasonable about stuff like that but when I moved to my aunts and grandmothers it went from everything being NO to 'Sure whatever go away now' *shrugs*
Eh, some parents are strict, some are not, and some (my mother included) relax as they have more children. By the time #6 7 and 8 came around my siblings were able to play with legos made in the shape of battleships and tanks, whereas I was strictly forbidden such things XD
My mother only had me at the time this parent had two or three kids I think three with two younger ones still living with them. Course they banded some odd things from the house the only games their kids had was wii sports and Kirby. I still question why Legos was a no though. ME, DA, Fable? I get those. Legos? Not so much
