The game includes some sexual material: a female character briefly depicted in front of a man's torso (fellatio is implied); characters depicted topless or with exposed buttocks while lying in bed or after sex;

Part of me wonders if this is one of the sex scenes or if we have another awkward walking in on this like there was in DA2.

Those lines are great reminds me of the mansion in Dragon Age 2 for the sebastien quest was so funny. What shocks me is the amount of Dragon Age fans that are prudes, the ESRB lines are on a few forums now and some are acting so offended, it's great giving me a good laugh.

It could be, but it would be very awkward in that case. In fact, it could be from a brothel worker, or even something that our Inquisitor (likely male) could say. 

 

With all of the possibilities, I wonder which one the fandom while prefer?

I wouldn't be surprised if the fans of X romance option, with the exception of Dorian, try to fit the line to their character.
