The more I read this thread the more it sounds likely like a Tranquil might say this line . Kind of an odd mixture of Hilarious and Sad all at the same time .

My husband was laughing along with me this morning when I told him about the ESRB description, so it won't faze him.  I'm sure he'll be taking a peak at my game every now and then during those scenes.

It makes me very glad that my folks love close by.  I can see them for the holidays easily, and just head home.  Otherwise, it would get extremely awkward.  See, my dad is a DA fan too, and I don't think I want to accidentally walk into his computer room while one of those lines is being said.  Being I'm his only daughter, I'm glad he doesn't have to worry about that with me either.

However, I wonder where these lines are in the game, that the ESRB folks were actually able to hear them (probably not a tenth-sequential banter between certain party members).

ESRB doesn't actually play the game, it would take far too long to explore all the permutations. The developer sends them what amounts to a "highlights reel" to watch and rate. It's in the developer's interest to include the most (potentially) offensive stuff, because the ratings board will take notice if they get complaints about stuff that wasn't accounted for.

For all we know, the sample lines could appear for only 1% of players. They represent the most extreme stuff that exists in the game, not necessarily what an average player is likely to encounter.
