They'd probably mention decapitation/dismemberment if there was any, unfortunately. The DAII rating into mentions dismembered body parts (ie. messy kills), so if there were decapitations I'd guess ESRB would mention that in the rating information.

 

I'm curious about the impaling. Do we get to stake people?
