I live in America and I still don't understand why people get so worked up over nudity when there's violence galore in the media. But then, I was practically raised on innuendos and dirty jokes, so that might've had a hand in why I don't understand it.
We actually did a research on intercultural communication at our university one semester. We had a large pool of exchange students to draw from, many of these from the US. What we found at the end of our research was that people from the US had a bigger discrepancy than any other county when it came to our results. So we went back and also asked them what state they were from. The number of US participants was about 20 people. Still "many" as Norway is a small country and considering our total number of foreigners. We could see that for the most part (some exceptions), people from the same states has closer proximity in results.
So I'm guessing it holds true that one can almost consider US states as "different countries"? This would then also apply to cultural values like views on sex, nudity and violence I'm guessing?

I know it doesn't really work in the line (cringe worthy) and that is why I believe it was a bad translation from someone who doesn't speak very good english....
I'm not put off by nudity or swearing (it has its place) but if these lines are spoken in what is supposed to be a romantic context, I find them crude. You have to consider the personality of the person you are romancing. If this came from Cullen, then yes - crude. But if this came from the Iron Bull, it might just be his way of showing affection?

Depends how you role play your character - Agressive Inquizzy could totally be saying that! With a little "Heck yes, love dat bounce when I wink wonk you" I would avoid Iron Bull, FPJr has tweeted several times that a "safe word" would be best with the great Qunari Romance.
And from what I've managed to glimpse so far, these charactes are well adjusted to adulthood and their preferences. I am pleased, no blushing virgins for me kthnxs.
I hope we can have our fair share of bed talk with Cassandra. That would probably make her (and myself) blush uncontrollably.

But what interested me more was the violence we might (I hope we can anyway) be able to cause in dialogues as the Inquisitor. I love playing ruthless characters!

If this came from Cullen it would put me in a very early grave, I wouldn't say it would be crude, just out of character and incredibly hilarious, just imagine the reaction, oh to be a fly on the wall if something like that dropped

Either way, these lines seem awfully cherry-picked, I doubt they're even remotely representative of what the romance dialogue will be.

I'd love it if that bouncing breasts comment is a very serious line spoken by Solas or Cullen as though it's really romantic. It would be so horribly awkward that I'd laugh forever.
I feel like this is wrote by my grandma. Oh my, the "respect" line is my favorite.
