Well, he'd be around age 10. Beyond that we have no idea what might have happened to him, whether he'll be in DA:I or whether he'll be mentioned. If he exists, he'll probably get some mentions by Morrigan, but to be honest we aren't playing the Warden so there isn't really much reason for Morrigan to talk much about the fact she has a young son.
