Cassandra has never killed a high dragon.
Lore wise, how difficult is it to kill a High Dragon?

Killed a regular one though, with a dagger. And she was in her teens when she did it.

I will point out that the high dragon for which the dragon age was named decimated the orlesian countryside and Nevarran countryside and all attempts to slay them ended in failure, so I would say pretty dang impossibly hard.

No they are not legendary figures. It is not stated anywhere that they are. Their actions and deeds become "legendary" later, but they arn't superheroes at all.
Yes, they are exceptional individuals, capable of feats beyond normal people. If you want an example of what happens when regular people take on a dragon, watch the cutscene where the Warden arrives on the roof of Fort Drakon. The Archdemon mows through a whole squad of soldiers. And yet the Warden can take on that threat backed by just three other fighters. (Or less; I know people who have soloed the Archdemon.)

I think it was, or atleast the way it's size was described made it sound that way. I don't think the term High Dragon was used explicitly thoug, no.I don't think the dragon in the calling was a high dragon.

Usually it takes one named hero. An army cannot kill a dragon but if you have a name and a perspective... well... the fights already over.

I think a magister of the order of Corypheus could probably kill a High Dragon in a one on one fight.
Between the blight and the blood magic, Corypheus doesn't really count as a person, any more than an Abomination would.

I still think it is possible for there to be strength differences between High Dragons. I assume that the older they get, the bigger and stronger they become.
Imagine a 2000+ year old High Dragon, that is probably the type to decimate armies.
