What I'm curious about: Will having the Sole Survivor background affect Shepard's reaction to Cerberus? (Considering certain side-quests)

From what I've read in previews it sounds as if the various governments (Alliance. Citadel, ect) are no longer taking the Reaper threat as serious as they should, and they are distracted by other events. I'm guessing that with 2 years having passed since the defeat of Sovereign, but no sign of any other Reapers and with the Geth having seemingly withdrawn, the politicians convince themselves that it was a one-and-done thing and think the war ended during the Battle of the Citadel. (or whatever they are calling it)
Maybe Shepard decides to go rogue when he realizes no one is paying heed to his warnings?

I am seriously wondering what a Paragon ME1 save (Particularly one where the council was saved) has on the opening events of the game. Not the Destruction of SV1 Normandy, that isn't even a spoiler anymore but after that.
I think my Paragon Shep would be plain *Pissed* at Cerberus, I don't give a **** if you did pull me from death's threshold, it is going to take more than a new ship to get 'ME' to Trust 'YOU'!

Shepard is still a Spectre. Even if he were to die, they wouldn't revoke his status.

I really would hate the idea of being an outcast, if it was not for shepard evryone would be dead, plus I thought as a spectre you could make moves on your own without the council knowing.

Same thing here. I want to be a Spectre not a Cerberus agent. I mean I'll use their resorces but then turn them in when the time is right, if thats even possible. They killed a badass admiral, and in my book they still have pay for that.
