I don't have Origins or DA2 on my PC anymore.  Had some issues with the game being broken the last time I even attempted to open it, then, after doing repairs, it failed to recognize all my DLC/Mods even the official Bioware ones.  I didn't have it in me to do another run of Dragon Age.  Too jazzed for Inquisition due out next week. So I just deleted them from my PC to make room on my HD for Inquisition which will be immense.

Prior to removing it though, at peak usage, I'd say I had close to maybe...50? Mods I want to say?  In my override and Addins files.  Mostly cosmetic ones.  I played for the first 3-4 months without a single mod (PC), then when I was growing bored of Origins, I started coming to the Bioware boards and chatting with (mostly) nice folks here.  I started with some minor head morphs, then Cmess did her "IRS:Alistair" mod which fixed a lot of dialogues, the broken camp kiss and added a lot to the romance.

Then I installed my toolset, learned how to do head morphs myself and redid a lot of the NPC's in the game.

I had to uninstall it a couple times, because of PC replacement or mod conflicts making the game unplayable.  Each time trimming down the mods I used.

Now, it's all gone.  Just waiting for Inquisition--which for all intents and purposes, I've been told is notoriously difficult to mod--to come out.

Yeah...me too. I do not have DAO and DA II on my comp anymore. The machine is aging, soooo bad.

I uninstall almost everything. It is now in it's bare minimum state. I will be playing DAI on PS4 for now.

It's ok cause there are not going to be any mods any time soon anyways.

Am waiting for Jan 2015, they say Broadwell is arriving then, H2 Skylake will be launched. It's going to be a pretty interesting

year from the, new chips/new architecture/upgrading stand point. If I have to, I'll wait for Skylake. It's not going to be a long wait.

Not this time round.

Mostly I just use the Gray Warden armor sets and the "Skip the Fade" mod because, lets be real, The Fade is the worst part of the game.

You make me feel like a baby modder. I only have, like, 20-30 max. >.<

I recently went back and started a new DAO game (after going through DAI 3 times). I think I have 110 dazips installed, and that's not even including the override folder, which is jam-packed.

Of course, I wouldn't ever THINK of playing DAO without Improved Atmosphere and Slink's Ravage installed. (Though you have to play around a bit with them to make them work nicely together.) It would be like playing Skyrim without Interesting NPCs and DUEL-Combat. Just insane.

I have no idea how many mods I have installed.  Just off the top of my head - Morrigan Restoration Patch, IRS-Alistair, ZevRing, GateKisses, ZevranASAP, Dialog Tweaks, ZDF with various options, Alistair Dark Ritual, Alistair's First Night, Asala upgrade, Borrowed Longsword upgrade, Cousland S&S upgrade, Sleep Until Dawn, The Royal Wedding, Clothed Prisoners, tmp7704's dwarf female proportions fix... way too many to list here, basically :)

Somewhere between "a lot" and "Oh. My. God."

In DAO I probably have 40+ mods that are my core mods, including a lot of character creator related mods. Slinks Ravage, EMAT, MRP, ZDF (version varies), Alistair-IRS, No Helmets, Lock Bash (for non-rogues), item upgrades (Asala, Warden's Oath, . . .), NBAIO, Universal Dye Kit, Female Stud Armor, some small bug fixes, Nuken(?) Stealing Fix (allows you to set steal in the tactics menu) and some others I can't think of at the moment. Oh, and just for fun Dance party (1 + 2) and Rendezvous at the Tavern.

Between romance, armor, quest, companion and other item mods that I vary for each game I probably have another 20-30.

For DA2, the core is a lot smaller: lockbash for non-rogues, one that adjusts companion's specialty to equal Hawke's version (eg, Anders spirit healer capabilities = Hawke's), a modification to the Champion armor, and an upgrade to the items from the Legacy dlc. Plus I still use different armors and items to change the visuals with each game.

DAI, different mods for each game Inquisitor. Mostly these are pajama, formal attire, and bedroom decor mods. Some other retexture mods. I like to use mods to reflect the personality of my PC.

I had about 10 installed before my lappy got some viruses >_> so I lost all my Origins saves. Reinstalled, and just put Skip Fade back in. It's up there with the Skip Taris mod for KOTOR, but at least Taris is actually fun to play.....
