Varric... I mean, I'm sure the story will get passed down through the ages as the tale of his heroism anyways.

Responded to each of his deaths by becoming increasingly more badass. Guarded the Pandorica for over 2000 years successfully whilst made of plastic. Stormed a Cyberman ship by himself and demanded they tell him where his wife was being held. Had an alternate timeline counterpart who's ignored being severely electrocuted because he was too busy protecting his friends. Punched Hitler out and locked him into a cupboard.

The question on Minsc and Boo would be does Boo become a miniature giant space nug instead of hamster in the world of Thedas?
I'm sure saying that the nine Wardens I beat Awakening with are my first nine choices (mostly in order, though I'd switch my first two around since I'd rather play my BM/SH/AW before my Ranger/Duelist/Scout) is cheating, so I won't do that. Nor will I mention the All Flesh Must Be Eaten character I rolled for a campaign that took place at my school (both in location and setting), for which I was required to play myself and thus rolled a paperwork-drone-in-training who half remembers some forensic science from his criminal justice major days and 1/4 remembers some martial arts. (Though I really wish I could have that for my Inquisitor.) Instead I think I'll go with the main character from Pokemon Crystal, since by the time I was done with him I had such powerful pokemon that if it were tabletop instead of a mere video game I would be able to dictate terms to major governments. (Throw that on top of the army I get by merit of being an Inquisition PC and see if I don't end up ruling the world.)
Some people just want to watch Thedas burn...
Alucard. No enemy will survive.
Let's be honest though, Alucard would be more like the OP companion, while Integra would be the Inquisitor.
