Doesn't the game cancel the romance if you turn down sex?One of my old Shepard's had a romance going on with Liara, and he did not sleep with her. It was when I did a full paragon play-through. That Shepard was trying to wait until marriage. Ha, you want to know what I learned. Liara has a fetish that involves last minute sex right before a suicide mission.
But to answer your question. EDI still told Shepard that he had first-hand sexual experience. So it is either a glitch or Shepard had some special flings in the past -- I do not know.

No they had a special 'induction ports' for that.
Or maybe I should've phrased it " Sexual experience by first hand was punishable by death in the Empire".
