Just wondered it that would be possible. If they used the same ritual and either Merrill or Mage Hawke went in a removed Justice from Anders. Would that even work?

No. Unlike the demon that possessed Connor, Justice merged with Anders physically (not through dreams) and does not exist in the Fade.

I'm sure if it is possible, it'd cause some serious scars -- I believe it's mentioned that Connor also will be scarred, and his connection to the demon isn't anywhere near as close as Anders is to Justice. We're not entirely sure how Justice is merged with Anders, of course. Going by his good looks, Justice hasn't just barged his way in there abomination-style.

Though in my opinion, no, what the guy above me said. The Ritual worked to sever the demon's controlling of Connor from the Fade.

I was just actually reading about Anders lore and this question was brought up

"Can Anders and Justice ever be separated? We freed Connor in Origins!

The difference between Connor's and Anders' possessions lies in the fact that the desire demon was controlling Connor from the Fade. We could use a ritual to send a mage beyond the Veil to deal with the demon. We severed the connection that extended between the Fade demon, through the Veil, and into the mind of the mortal.

In Anders' case, Justice is physically in the waking world. He is no longer connected to the Fade, an extremely unusual occurrence. In Awakening he inhabits the corpse of a former Grey Warden and can apparently leave that body at any time, but it is unknown what would happen to a spirit without a host. It is possible he would simply dissipate, or that he would be drawn back into the Fade, or that he would simply be a formless spirit lingering around the Keep.

Instead, Justice gained permission from Anders to "jump" from the decaying body of Kristoff and into the mage. Justice does not control Anders from the Fade; they now physically inhabit the same body, and share the same soul. Whether that can ever be undone remains to be seen, but it's almost certainly going to take more than a simple potion to achieve, and Marethari suggests that the side-effects could be grave."

I separated Anders from Justice by separating Anders' soul from his body with my knife. :P
