I think I'm ready to have a romance in my play through, but unsure who it should be. I don't want to be too hasty with my decision because I want to make the right choice.
What romance should I go with based on my personality profile?

Oh, if that's what he meant by personality, that's pretty good. Although I think Soul Survivor and Ruthless both have things in common in with Jack.

Er.. what sex is your shep? That might be a useful thing to know. .
If female then either liara / hold out for Samantha.
If male then I have no idea, but I like the idea of tali. Jack romance is just... problematic.

He meant his Profile page, and from what i have read there Tali whould be the best Option.

Kelly Chambers whould fit, but is only ME2 and not a full Option.

Liara might also work for him but not as well as Tali.

The fact that I won't be able to romance Cullen or Blackwall with a male Inquisitor in DA:I doesn't improve things either.
