Besides those? Depends on your tastes, but TW3 and DA:I are likely to be the graphical powerhouses on the current market.

Depends on what sorts of games you like.

btw Dominus, they are not on my list for next 6 months because I have budget that I have to set aside for certain things with building a PC when I get around to it. so I have to wait little bit for prices of TW3 and DAI to drop bit more to affordable price range.

Also, just browse on Steam and let your new Lord and Master Gaben decide what games you should buy and play.

For Skyrim and Oblivion, I can understand, but I'd rather use the new PC to play games that I haven't tried. One of the greatest advantages of PC is the keyboard and mouse setup. So I'd recommend trying out some multiplayer shooters like Counter Strike:GO and battle arena type games like Dota 2. If you want to play some games with great graphics, get the Crysis series and Battlefield 4.
Also, you can't get Rumble Roses, Halo MCC, Forza, or any of the Dead or Alive games on PC.

Why would you buy the games that you've already owned on your console?

I mean same copies for PC, while my other copies are for console only.

TW1&2. XCOM: Enemy Unknown/Within. And you know the classics like Civ, HL1&2, Portal, WC3, SC2. Battlefield is always better on PC imo (cept bf4 bleh Dx)
I'd take Fable 3 out cause ya know.......it's bad. Minecraft! Minecraft on pc is better/ different than it's console counter parts. Yes the core mechanics are pretty much the same, but you can do so much more with mods, maps, texture packs. It just really, really opens up the game so much more on PC than the consoles ever can. A f2p game I've been having fun in is Smite. It's a MoBA but with 3rd person pov and an emphasis on action.
PlanetSide 2
TF2
Hotline Miami
Supreme Commander( a good rts but with more massive battles!)
Torchlight 1&2 (It's the Saint's Row to the GTA that Diablo is lol)
Fallout 1, 2, 3, skip NV, wait for 4.

You should buy Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing. It is the magnum opus of the racing genre gaming industry.

That's exactly what I meant.
If you already have it for your Xbox, don't buy it again for the PC. Instead, get the games that haven't played before.
So yeah, my point is still the same. Counter Strike:GO, Dota 2, Crysis series, and Battlefield 4. Like what Knights of Colour said before, get Steam and when the winter holiday sales come, you can pick up tons of games each for $10, $5 or less.

I'd also recommend NWN2 since it looks like you're into RPGs. Maybe Infinity Engine stuff too. You're not into strategy/4x games, right? How about adventure games?
Note that Steam has sales all the time, not just at holidays, and as long as you don't have much PC stuff yet you're likely to find something interesting. I picked up Skyrim for $5 three weeks ago. Also Rome: TW, Portal 2, HoI3, FO:NV, and L.A. Noire, though I haven't played the latter two yet.

Nnnnnneat.
The question now would be, is it going to be a 1:1 port, or would it actually make use of the various PC strengths (higher screen resolutions, higher texture resolutions to improve visual quality, etc.).

I think it's gonna be actual use of various PC strengths.

You were just lied to, because The Master Chief Collection is not coming out on PC. Not yet, at least, but it seems unlikely. Research will confirm this.
Word of advice: don't take "Cassandra Saturn" at "her" word when it comes to, well, pretty much anything, really.

Where dafuq are the First Person Shooters????
Seriously, that's what a big thing about PC gaming is about. How great FPS play and stuff.
So.... Like CSGO, Insurgency, BF3 and maybe 4... Maybe. All the Unreal Games. Farcry games, especially 3.
Also...
HALO MCC is NOT coming to PC. Derp.
