Not necessarily into dudes, but damn is that good art.

Also (off topic) but I agree with Yavana being an interesting f/f option. Even if people would complain about another 'morally gray' bisexual.
I totally think Yavana will return in some capacity. Just, probably not as a companion. Though, I think she should. Just not as a romance option, as much as I want her as a f/f option.
And honestly, I'm not opposed to morally grey bisexuals. I'm morally grey as **** after all. I just want DA4 to not feature a promiscuous bisexual. Like, Zev, Isabela and Bull... c'mon. Let us have them be a pre-Chantry Seb, or a....I dunno experienced Dorian? Just not another bisexual desperate to sow all their wild oats.
Not if she's a blonde BISEXUAL KISA lady, right?
fair enough

Didn't Yavana die in one of the side comics? That sounds like a pretty big disclaimer.
But I very, very much agree with you on the non-promiscuous bisexual. Being attracted to men and women doesn't simultaneously mean (and it isn't the product of) some ravenous sexual appetite that knows no bounds or equal.

They can be into you if you'd prefer. ![]()
I'd prefer if dead people stayed dead
its better for everyone that way, well except the dead person I suppose
Not if she's a blonde BISEXUAL KISA lady, right?
And then I get my Rivaini archer commander as the first straight rogue romance ![]()

well there's Sebastian
well there's Sebastian
No
Plus he's chaste ![]()
Right now I'm spoiled with Triss, but soon I shall be wanting that blonde KISA again
Actually, I personally think it would be better if the darker F/F option was female only. And I don't have my heart set on Yavana, she was just on my mind earlier because someone brought her up in the companion wish list thread.
My ideal would be more like a cross between Morrigan and Vivienne, at least in terms of attitude.
I'm just not rooting for that in particular too fervently, because I have absolutely no idea how they could implement that an LI, or whether they should after Morrigan and Vivienne already happened.
I'm personally rooting for lesbian Chevalier KISA with curly blond hair
I think she would bring nice change to f/f options.
And what about the other F/F option? Surely, you're rooting for more than one. ![]()
I know I'm setting myself up for disappointment at some point (and feel free to link me right back to this post in 2017 when we find out more about DA4), but I've totally convinced myself that Harding is going to be a companion and ungated bisexual LI in the next game. I know that there is a solid chance that she won't be, but I just want to see it happen so badly (I love lady dwarves so much and, as badass as Sigrun is, she can't hold all of my lady dwarf love herself anymore).
So I was thinking of an idea if we end up going to Nevarra. I have a feeling that at some point, we'll end up involved in the Nevarran succession issues. It just feels so much like something Bioware would have us do. King Markus Pentaghast is dying without any issue. His heir is younger brother (who is elderly), Ferdinand Pentaghast, a renowned dragon hunter. The Van Markham family is their political rival. They are a strong, large noble family with legitimate ties to the throne. I could easily see us having to get involved in this conflict. Possibly even choosing which family takes the throne.
So..... what if there were two KISA companions. Rivals to each other. A Pentaghast who is a dragon hunter and a Van Markham who is a knight or warrior. Both are bound to their family and genuinely want to see their family come out on top, but their views are conflicting since each sees the other side as the "villains" in the scenario. Either both are party members and you have to juggle their loyalty throughout the questline. Or maybe they are mutually exclusive companions: which one joins you is determined by which family you support.
This could also give us our dragon hunter KISA as well as a KISA of the other gender as well. If it were up to me, I'd personally like the dragon hunter to be a gay man, who because of his sexuality and place in the succession line, doesn't feel obligated to perform as a noble (reproductively), thus freeing himself up to devote himself to your cause. The Van Markham could be a female (bisexual or lesbian?) who was his childhood friend, but they eventually became estranged as the families quarreled. Perhaps she could have an elder sibling or two, so it wouldn't seem conflicting with noble duty if she was a f/f romance option. Or perhaps she'd be like Alistair, where you enter into the romance knowing that you would always be the "Briala" to her "Celene"?
Feuding feudal families is something I'd like to see more of in the setting.

Even if Harding isn't a romance I feel she's kind of proven that a dwarf romance could be received positively. It'd pretty low of BioWare to not have one next time round.

YES YES YES
Except for the mutually exclusive part. Mutually exclusive companions like Bethany/Carver and Kaidan/Ashley have less content than regular companions.

I don't know. I would like to see companions that are mutually exclusive, but not because having one means you can't recruit the other. Rather, if you do recruit both, they end up trying to kill each other. Sort of like having Keldorn and Viconia in the same party in BG2.

You know what might work with this...Champion of Nevarra protagonist. Like Hawke, working their way up the ladder steadily with wit and skill and coming to the attention of the powerful, but on a larger scale and with more successes.

Huh, I've always wanted to sleep with a Champion...question is, do we give him Cassandra's accent?

Here you go. I haven't use this much since I stopped surfing some of the fan threads. Comes with a free napkin too! You'll have to bring your own mop though.
