From what I can tell:
Piper: Lawful Good
Nick: Lawful Good
Curie: Lawful Good
Codsworth: Lawful Good
Garvey: Lawful Good
Cait: Chaotic Evil (You should do whatever you need to survive, everyone is bad and only look out for themselves)
Danse: Lawful Good (Yes, it's controversial to give him that, but he does his best, talking bullets, and would even sacrifice himself to save his subordinates. They said so as much. He just doesn't consider non-humans as his own race. It's like you don't care about what happen to a dog or a robot if you don't consider them as valuable as humans. He believes what he does is good and could save humanity. He loves to help people and dislike unlawful and illegal actions. Hurting innocent humans or even insulting them would make him dislike you).
X-6: Lawful Evil (He actually follows the institute Laws down to the letter, but he doesn't care about whatever happens to surfacers and wants for them to just die out)
Strong: (Chaotic Evil): This is pretty self explanatory.
MacCready (Chaotic Neutral): He's selfish and only looks out for himself and the people he cares about. Taking advantage of others is all fair games. He does questionable things as mercenary for cash, and stealing is something he approves.
Dogmeat (Neutral)
Deacon (Chaotic Good): It's ok to break the laws and do whatever it takes, as long as it can achieve the greater good. Picking locks and breaking into people's houses are all fair game. He doesn't care that you break the laws as long as you don't hurt people.
As you can see: There are ways too many good characters compared to more questionable moral characters.
