I apologize, I don't recall you asking something to do with this in another thread. My post was only meant to respond to the comment I quoted. If I've already mentioned something about this before, then all that's left is for me to be embarassed by my poor memory.

Ah, I'm in a snappy mood today. Sorry for the inconvenience..

I like how alive the characters are. They respond to a lot of quests on their own. Surprisingly more than what most Bioware companions do which often is just some generic comments as opposed to how FO4 does it and relate it to their personality and experience.

MacGreedy is warming up on me though, while I like him, he's still on the third place in my favorite Bioware character behind Cait and Danse though.

I told someone that they couldn't kill my dragon because i'm the Dragonborn (and Dragons in Skyrim never really truly die unless a Dragonborn kills them and takes their soul).  https://plus.google....317255449/posts(Is me, btw. I play on multiply accounts; this is just the funniest)

lol, I watch over his romance several times. I like this version. It's high def, they clean up his face, and they give him chest hair.

I would be so sad if he wasn't romanceable though, thanks god this game was made by Bethesda and not Bioware. XD

I wish they had jealous dialogue though, they hate if you flirt. It would have been nice if Danse has a jealous conversation with MacCready or something. I would make them alive. I would like to have the option to make it exclusion, it's no fun when they don't care if you flirt around.

I wouldn't say that those said characters for the knights and warriors would be overall good rolemodels 100% (I have to point out that Cullen for a time was slightly biased back in DA II), but I did notice this weird trope for the non-hetero romances.

Atleast in Dragon Age. Vega, Traynor, and Steve in Mass Effect (and well, let's include Kaidan even though his was til the last game) were very positive and morally-dictated characters.

Now, if we could get a dang paladin whose morals includes an appreciation for all identities and not have the gay archetype where the person has to be some enigma or outcast.

I'm gonna go back on YouTube in the morning. And then i'll see this guy ranting about how i cheated by mentioning Skyrim Dragons never really die.  :D  Or he'll try and take my powers away from me.  :D  Funny people on YouTube are usually the wrong ones.

Yep

Oh, ok, I saw his twitter. He said good romance system, but I find the system was pretty good. It's just feel incomplete. They judge you for everything like lockpicking or pickpocket instead of just comments you make. Bethesda needs to do more like if it's open relationship, make it open relationship instead of no recognition and your LI just hated that. If it's exclusive, include that, maybe include a few comments showing how they feel if you flirt with other people or break up with you or prevent you from doing that. It wouldn't hurt to show some physical affections like a hug or a kiss. I wouldn't mine some fade to black scenes if they want to include that. Otherwise, it was a very good first attempt for Bethesda.

I just uninstalled FallOut 4 yesterday.  I guess it's not surprising based on my other comments that Danse failed to capture the magic that Kaidan did for me.  (I still have ME3 installed lol).  Got a great 92 hours out of it that I really enjoyed before the flaws really started to show and I lost interest in continuing.  Sorry Piper :(

With a whole year before ME:A I might just have to replay the entire ME trilogy and get more Kaidan time.

Since a lot of you have played Fallout 4, I have a question since I'm getting it for Christmas. Of the love interests, which one is the most like or works best with a demisexual?

Hi Hanako - Paladin Danse might actually work for a demisexual character - though romantic relationships in general are very new to him.  He doesn't show sexual attraction to anyone outside of being in a relationship with the PC.

I haven't explored Curie in great detail but maybe someone can shed light on her for that topic.  Same with Preston and MacCready.

Piper shows sexual attraction to an NPC, and Cait flirts with many characters.  I don't think Hancock would be a great fit for that type of personality either.

Preston, Curie, and Danse don't show any attraction to anyone except for the player. Cait flirts around a lot, Hancock and MacCready also flirts around, Piper shows attraction to some NPCs in the game.

Too bad, I guess it's just different taste. I prefer him over Kaidan, especially knowing he wasn't just a modified version for the female protagonist. Was it because you want more intimate scenes or was it because the LI wasn't just to your taste?

I'll probably replay another game, trying to romance a different main, but I'll probably end up with Danse again. lol. He's just so dense and oblivious around flirt that it's kinda cute.

Maybe because of his puppy eyes or something. I just can't pick someone else.  ^_^
