I heard Strong is available.

Strong is too strong!

You personally or the character? *Wink*
Do you play on the PC or console?
^ He looks good! I approve of the hair color and beard.
Funny you should say that because before I saw the original post, I thought for sure that this was one of your characters. You know that you have a type! All of your PCs have a similar look!
Are you flirting with me? Wait, don't tell me. Let me live in the illusion.
Sigh, that line always gets me. I waited for three games to hear those sentiments from that man!
Thanks for answering. After watching the Youtube videos of these characters, I can see why you all think Danse is a good fit. Though the one I think is the most and works the most with is Curie. She even has a conversation that has her having the same reaction to flirting and innuendo as demisexuals do:
-snip-
I also think Curie is just a character you'd love in general, Hanako. I only just met her yesterday, and I was completely enamoured of what an absolute sweetheart she is. A lot of it is in the details, too. She's darling to talk to, but if you look around to see some of the things she does outside of conversation, like some of things she's clearly already done in the place you find her, are sentimental and fastidious in a way that just sums up her character marvelously well.
Come to think of it, I believe writing "establishing character moments" for your companions are one of Bethesda weakest points, but I like what they did with Curie.
I think they're getting better. Comparing how they're doing characters and romance in general like with Skyrim with how they do it in Fallout, there is a night and day difference. The characters themselves have their own personality and subtitle behaviors that may not be apparent just by their interaction with other companions. For example, many people dislikes Danse for being discriminatory toward ghouls and synths would not notice that he likes for you to help innocent ghouls like help finding the ghoul kid find his parents knowing it's a disadvantage to do so, lying that you spare a ghoul, hate if you kill Trish the ghoul, dislike the covenant for torturing and experiment on synth before the revealing that he's a synth himself. While Curie is my least favorite character, she also has a depth to her personality, Strong's moral code is all over the place like he dislikes lying and pickpocketing but like violence and cannibal, these things can also be analyzed. The characters have a lot of depth, but you have to take them along with you, but you usually only can do that with a few of them in a playthrough.

It is weird to talk about Bethesda companions as human beings with personalities, and not just packmules for loot.
I really love Curie, mostly because everything is a wonder to her, it is magical. Little things that we take for granted in every day life, and it makes me think. Then i just get sad because i feel like we squander the gift of life, i wish there were more videogame characters like her to remind me of how amazing life can be.

Her personality kind of reminds me of Merrill's. The reason why because both are still kind of adapting to the world, I can see this with Merrill when she moves to Kirkwall and with Curie after completing her personal quests.
I was wondering: could we discuss Curie in my demisexual thread please? I would appreciate it, and since you all were nice to help me I don't want to make this thread offtopic.

PC is the only way for me
Non PC people miss out on Danse's buns.

Plus, you can't give Danse's his chest hair. ![]()

I just realize he has a lot of lines if you're close to him:
"Hmm.. What do you have for me today?"
"I like it when you're this close"
I like to just randomly bump into him just to see what he says. ![]()
BTW, who pulls the puppy eyes better?

I'm so happy it's Chrismas! I'm getting KOTOR, and the other old KOTOR for Chrismas! I'm gonna play a Jedi Knight who does everything good (and is a woman) and who Romaces Doc. My Revan is gonna be a good girl Jedi who romance a male of some sorts. I'm so excited! I love Lightsabers!
I'm hoping to get a PC by next month and KOTOR and the MMO TOR are two games I definitely want to try. Skyrim too because of all the mods. (Even though I played it on 360) ![]()

I think we have the same type! Not gonna complain about that ha!
And yeah, Kaidan *sigh* he's just adorable... he's clearly out of flirt practice.

you'd have loved Star Wars Galaxies *silent sobbing*

Oh? How so?
It was a Star Wars MMO, when I started Jedi's still had the perma death. It took a massive amount of questing to become a Jedi and once you got killed that was it, perma death lol. You could become a Sith too ... people would put bounties out on your head, they paid good credits xD It was seriously the best Star Wars game ever made (in my humble opinion) but SOE shut it down -.-

I wish we could have married our LI though like FO2. Skyrim has it as well, but the characters are as deep as a water puddle, FO4 characters are more interesting. We have the church, we have the rings, the church already held a marriage, the LI can equip the ring. I don't see why we can't get married. ![]()
I'm weak for the voice of the male FO4 PC ... it's such a smooth voice, every time he says "Paladin Danse?!." it's like bathing in liquid chocolate
