... Well OK, yes I'd take him. Or well, the other way around, rofl. But for me that is less the body and more the whole swarthy look, which I really dig. I'm really looking forward to seeing him as Aquaman.

Chest hair would be a huge plus.  Lmao.

This is one thing I get a bit disappointed with in Bioware's use of the same body. I know they do it to save resources and all that, and really we don't have that many opportunities to see the characters naked, but I would prefer some body hair. I'm not into a lot of hair, but some is nice. In my fanfic descriptions I did head-canon hair for both Dorian and my Inquisitor.

 

I actually think it's better in a way. It's not likely that they would be totally hairless as the games depict, but it also gives you the freedom to head-canon however much or little you want. And mods are nice, but the problem with having specific definition is that the bodies will look even more similar with the same hair pattern, which would irk me.

I've never been in long haired guys, it's just personal preference, I just find them to be a bit distracting and take away the features on the face. I don't mind muscular, but well defined body would be my personal favorite. Too muscular guys just have never been my types, some may be pretty to look at, but they never scream relationship material to me.

 

I love a good hairy chest, probably because I can't grow any. lol

The speculation is always fun for me too. That's why I made this thread so early.  So we could throw ideas out there and hopefully ninja devs would see our requests while DA4 is in an early enough stage for ideas to be implemented.

 

 

As far as body type:  I like big and muscular  (doesn't have to be tall, a dwarf KISA would be okay with me).  Chest hair would be a huge plus.  Lmao. 

That's what I thoughts, threads like this are best started right after a release, so when the devs move on to the next big thing, they already have some suggestions lined up.

Also, it's weird that chest hair is the first mod to come up, when body mods start being made, and yet devs never really think about it (aside from Naughty Dog and...hm, Miguel from Tekken?)

I think he never gets naked because there's just NO WAY they could justify him being all smooth. At least it soooorta works with Dorian and Cullen, headcanon aside? But I refuse to believe that Blackwall isn't equally as hair as Varric, if not more so.

It honestly bothered me that Dorian was so silky smooth... for Cullen I can just pretend that his body hair is extremely light that you can't really see it.

But COME ON, Dorian probably has really silky, smooth but very thick patches of hair like, under his armpits and like a perfectly trimmed, dark bush! :l

Yeah, I know. I would've been happy if he were gay; then I wouldn't complain because I still had Cullen; who's awesome. And Cassandra who's also aweomse. So yeah; I'm gonna say that Bioware was at lost with Blackwall; he should've been gay; I image my Canon lost interest in Blackwall very early on (but not my flirtly Lavellan, who's a Solas romance though... And She's willing to flirt with any man in a inch of her so....)
