From what I've read it was exclusive to that strain of super mutants. The ones in FO3 and 4 don't have any bits.

 

I don't know. I kind of want him to find purpose in himself. It's an unstable world and relying solely on a person or group is very dangerous, as he found out himself. One way or the other, the BOS don't want his kind, so I personally would search for a better solution.

That brings up Virgil. Would his penis grows back after turning back into human? Would he be able to reproduce?

 

The thing is he never has closure with the BoS. He still believes in the BoS, and in his mind, he was wrong for being a synth, they didn't do anything wrong for wanting him dead. To be fair, if it was someone else who was found to be a synth, Danse would have done the same, even if that person was Haylen. While he is moderate, he is a soldier who follows the rules by the book. He spends most of his life in the BoS. I would want him to find something else to follow, but it's not that easy. He was willing to live and die for the BoS. If you decide to kill him, he was very happy to die because it was for the BoS. The group really was everything to him. He modeled his life after them. While I hope he finds something else, I don't think he can.

That's why I think the closure part should be an option to make him believe in himself more. The SoSu telling him he's a good man until he believes in it is my personal headcanon. And to make him see the world is not black and white.

It's Bioware's fault. no romance scene in Beth make me want more. Plus, it's just something about a straight lace guy like Danse make me feel like he could be a freak in bed. Plus, he gets really pervy waking up. 

 

I hope they do something with the Mutfruit for MacCready though. . I'm actually starting to get used to MacCready. At first, I don't find him to be sexy like Danse, but I start to find him better looking the more I talk and travel with him. Probably not his look, but more like his sense of humor probably warm me up to him. He's pretty much turning into a pirate during the USS Constitution quest. He's like a manchild, never growing up, plus he's into comics and doesn't get angry at me for reading Grognak like Danse.
