You mean the dialogue before entering the eluvian to get to Darvaarad? I was annoyed that Bull seemed so nonchalant about my possible death. Pales in comparison to how Dorian reacts.

 

Unless there's more..? I'll have to keep my eyes open, never completed Trespasser with Iron Bull romance!

The dialogue I'm talking about is a conversation between the Inquis and all three party members, it occurs after entering the Crossroads but before going down near the Darvaraad Eluvian. (with the Inquis doing is everyone ready line, I forget if companions chime in for that or not)

 

To ensure you're able to get it make a save in the crossroads after Vidasaala's guards try to kill you, - because sometimes you have to reload before entering the crossroads for the last time to get the banter, and sometimes even on multiple reloads the last goodbye banter won't trigger at all, so you'll need to roll back to before that last conversation with the advisers and run through it again and back to the Crossroads to unstuck the banter.

 

It's super buggy but worth it, at least for me it was. Heh!  Oh, and choose the heart option, obviously. Everything else sucked if memory serves.

Just curious though, we all know we want a KISA, but what is the second option people want? We usually get 2 options nowadays. How would that person be?

Just curious though, we all know we want a KISA, but what is the second option people want? We usually get 2 options nowadays. How would that person be?

Danse. Has a Cola bottle which hints Nuka-Cola, is reading a magazine that is similar in design to the car magazines in FO4, and of course has a dog the same breed as Dogmeat sleeping with his head in his lap.

I see. I would like someone who is funny and make me love, but while KISA for me fill in the protective role for my mage. I want someone to be my equal. Basically, i like MacCready and Sera. They don't care about anyone else except for the people they consider important like their friends and family. Screw everyone. It's loyalty, and they wouldn't sway by anyone because they value the people they're with more than anything. It's good contrast to the KISA. I want to see them bickering. The KISA I imagine to be very serious while the other guy would be light hearted and make up of the KISA.

Nah, it was Danse with Dogmeat next to him. It's just funny whenever people draw Danse, they turn the guy into Kaidan. I never even notice the similarities until someone mentioned it. lol

Good question, BBM.  I think that my second choice would be a older, mature enchanter.  With moderate views on the mage/chantry conflict.  Someone like Rhys, to be honest.  Handsome, middle aged, strong minded, intelligent and even keeled.  Dorian was a little too "young" feeling (still dealing with daddy issues and being a bit of party boy).  I'd like this guy to be more of a Wynne type with Blackwall looks (minus the long hair -- sorry Cocktor...... ).

Yeah, Danse has a broader jawline, but that person gives Danse's Kaidan hairstyle, less stubble, and thinner eyebrows make it look like Kaidan. Plus, Dogmeat is a dead giveaway. lol

I could get behind a more mature character. Personally though since I already envision my KISA to be a very mature character like Danse, so I wnat someone more playful. Is there a contrast between your KISA and that character?

Well there are wandering dog breeders, and people took pets into vaults, so it's not impossible. Also, it's Beth we're talking about, they wanted to mocap one of the producer's dog and didn't really care about lore implications.

 

That is a nice ending (hey, the red one doesn't stop this from happening, really). But I still, together with maybe 3 other people, want to think Steve and Kaidan would end up together.

I'm not really sure.  I mean, I'm thinking of a male Wynne.  I wouldn't consider Wynne a KISA (or even KISA adjacent) type outside of being a "good" character.  I'm thinking more erudite, politically savvy, logical, etc.  So I see that as pretty fundamentally different than a KISA, which I would view as more honor bound, duty oriented, lawful, etc.

I hope Bioware could see it and know what their missteps are with the gay characters. We're not the only people who want these more masculine everyday gay characters.
