it may have been, but I was too invested in my thoughts about a naked manBull in my bed to really care.

Cullen starts cracking up when Cassandra lets out one of the girliest shrikes I've ever in the DA games. Last time I heard a shriek like that, it was when I took Isabela along for Varric's quest Haunted.
The smirk when he said they'd leave you alone is priceless. ![]()

Such a monumental difference. Thank goodness you were here to save the day.

I mainly posted that post to link the video since people were talking about it. Even posted the one with a male Inquisitor to fit the thread better.
Any reason you're being a jerk to me, or is it just for kicks and giggles?
Well you do get dialogue to reflect that. One is you telling bull he has to try harder (which I picked) and the other is "I thought about it". I don't know what the actual line is though. There's also again, Cole telling the party that the Inquisitor has thought about it, but ultimately hasn't "for you and for him". Though, I'm not entirely sure if the second part helps or hurts the case.
I actually like Bulls answer to the first one which is "good" but it is hard to tell if he means you are comfortable or he is giving it a good effort. But it is a pretty good answer regardless. Cole's is the worst as he talks about how much better it is and that it makes it better. that was what was the worst about it.

Thanks. I never get tired of watching Bull do anything.
Guys, please don't start bickering. ![]()
Guys, please don't start bickering.
What? Who's bickering? We're just like old dowagers who only remember to spit at each other when we're out in the streets.

Seriously though, it's unhealthy how much I love IB. Now to bring the thread somewhat back on topic, if I got a Qunari KISA, I think...well, I just won't think about that.
I want a dorf KISA so bad. Or just a bisexual dwarf LI. Or just a dwarf LI.
Agreed! Sigrun and Harding back as LI's! Or even that one guy...LOL
The smirk when he said they'd leave you alone is priceless.
THAT should have been our first give-a-way that Cullen liked guys. He was pleasantly surprised by Bull. I loved that smirk and little glance back. It was like he was taking a mental snapshot for later......

My first quizzie is a qunari KISA. I'm not going to lie. He looks like a qunari cross between Matthew Rush and Chris Pine. Between his looks, his KISA nobility, and his charming British accent, he might be perfect. I don't care if he has horns. My husband better watch out.

I'm telling you, Legion of the Dead KISA! Join us! Join us!
I have accepted that a lesbian KISA is out of the question. I don't know when even in the Lesbian community being Butch was terrible, but I know straight people often consider it a bad sterotype. I tried to make a point the other day about it and was accused of hating women and femininity?? Butch is something that seems wrong to portray lesbians in general of. A woman can be masculine, but only if she has a feminine side and is straight. No other answer is possible.
I am just gonna vicariously live through you guys cheering for a Gay KISA tooth and nail.
Unfortunately, I understand where you're coming from, karushna. I also think it will be a dude before a lady, if ever a lady. I am still hopeful, but DA:I didn't do much for me on the f/f side.
It's not that Sera's a bad character, I do like her and I'm doing her romance now and it's sweet (if you do it a certain way
) , but Dorian is just so much more important to the narrative and more accessible as a character and can't be randomly kicked out in a noncinematic way at every point in the story and has a personal quest that's more meaningful and.
I mean it's not a contest. When one of us wins, we all do. But I feel your post.

Umm...I might be a bit flustered over your quizzie. I'm going to need a moment...or night. And a REALLY cold shower.
My first quizzie was kind of like that quizzie that was made by one of the developers for the twitch stream. He's a mage, so definitely not in the running for KISA. Though he loves them almost as much as I do.

Actually this is something I really disliked about Cassandra and Aveline - that they had to have a soft side in order to be accepted as being female. Personally, I really want to see a hard-ass female character that doesn't have a secret feminine side and just gets sh*t done. Sorta like a less campy version of Vivienne.
Oh, not thinking of who gets it first. I more mean I don't think it will happen and I think the guys should have it. If anyone deserves it they do. there have been more F/f options than m/m, although goodness knows some of them seemed a bit fan servey in the early days. I just meant to express both my dissapointment, while also giving my support.
I may have given up on me getting a Kisa, but I am all here on guys getting one all the way.

I see what you mean, because trust me it's the same thing with femininity and gay men.

Yeah, there are plenty of people who try to paint Dorian as a swishy stereotype, yet there's not really anything "feminine" about him other than being interested in fashion. People tend to be hypercritical of gay characters when it comes to gender expression even to the point of projecting things on to those characters that don't have a basis in reality.
Alright, I have to log off for the night. I can't, in good conscious, continue to read your posts if I can't like all of them.
Has anyone made a "take all of my likes" meme, yet? I feel like it needs to have Nene Leekes in it.
Everyone on this thread, I owe you all one like. I can't promise I'll give them tomorrow when my like replenish because you'll probably be awesome again tomorrow. Good stuff all around.

I loved Cass's romantic side. She's basically my ideal woman. If she was a f/f option I would never experience another romance, tbh.
I'm not sure what you mean by secret feminine side with Aveline though.

Well, technically Bioware has done one in 2003 with Juhani from KOTOR. She is a woman who is attracted to women(in fact, she is Star Wars' first confirmed lesbian character) and is the Warrior class of that game. Sure she went to the dark side for a tiny bit before we meet her, but she didn't do anything in that time other than meditate in that grove.

I love Vivienne. Adore her actually. Her calling me dear put butterflies in my stomach and she is the first fictional character to really do that to me. But yes, I almost wish they would stop making these cool tough female characters because it is always, but not too tough she is still a girl just ashamed of that side of her/secret/ ashamed she isn't feminine enough. And she loves men, tough but never butch.
I feel like every strong female character in media is "Strong, but not butch"

I would have played the crap out of a f/f romance with Cassandra. I adore her, but I have a hard time finishing straight romances when the gay ones are around.
And part of Aveline's deal was that she was insecure about her femininity. I'm not sure if that constitutes actually having a feminine side, but she's definitely not someone who was unabashedly non gender conforming.
Haha, see, I didn't like that part of Viv but that mostly has to do with the whole black women always having to be stoic and taking care of themselves, never getting to express their feelings or be taken care of or let themselves be happy stuff that pops up so much of the time. She's a greeeeaat character, but I feel like they tried too hard to make her AWESOME and not enough time spent prioritizing her humanity.
...that's not to say she's not a very human character, just like. Idk if I'm articulating this well. She's a good character but she needed more room to breathe, imo. More content, maybe.
