I don't understand why Dorian is still being brought up when his character file in the game itself says his archetype is a rogue...sigh. Some people just want to be contradictory it seems. I mean sure he shares some personality quirks, bbut at the end of the day he is missing some key components, namely the shiny armor. And yes I am aware of his quite bedazzled or bejeweled robes, but gemstones, armor does not make.
I feel like the people coming in and bringing up Dorian, then getting offended or cherry picking evidence to prove their point, while simultaneously ignoring other points, are looking for a battle that no one is trying to have. The point of the thread is in the title:
A (definite article for one)
Gay (man or woman who is both romantically and physically attracted to someone of the same sex)
Knight (not strictly in the literal sense though it would be cool, but a person trained in the martial not magical arts)
In (preposition reffering to placement. Can be taken to mean that this person's character is not a veneer, but truly resides within these bounds)
Shining (again not entirely literal, but referring to ones moral compass and deeds)
Armor (protective gear for battle in order to serve on the front lines, usually made of denser and harder materials to withstand physical blows. Can also refer to his or her faith in whatever cause they are serving).
The personality traits that I myself have been asking for are in reference to the fact that they are rarely seen in
gay men in the media at large and nearly non existent in the few
gay characters there are in video games. Namely a guy like this:

I mean, yeah he was bad in the end, but still, everything else was nearly spot on.
