It depends on the way you play the game, or if you like to role-play your characters, which choice makes more sense to your Warden. Werewolves fight from up-close and the Dalish have skilled archers, so it depends on how you want your army to be. Do you want mostly melee warriors or a more... versatile army?
Another reason to side with the Dalish is for xp. You can dump crafting materials to the Allied Supply Crates back at the camp and gain some extra xp, while werewolves don't need any supplies.
