I'm excited for this contest. It's good ol' fun
My entry
I'm a bit of a noob with cs but I like it. lol

Nice Suvoth, just a remark; you could have placed the inquisitor between the lines of companions, avoiding to make her so tight.
thanks....I submitted it yesterday so I can't change it but nice point. I don't really consider her a "main" character so really didn't care where she went lol
Someone at bw must have fixed it perhaps? I'm looking at the assets given to us to download and Sera is exactly the same as she is in the poster.
Yes, she is. And when you look close, her left arm is INSIDE the bowstring. If she were to draw and release using that grip the bowstring would smack the outside of her arm before the arrow ever left the rest. A totally wild (and extremely painful) way to shoot!

Holy!, I don't see anything wrong, the bowstring is inside the left arm...
I think I may dust off the old CS6 package and give this a shot.
Been a while since I've made a poster though - I'm a bit rusty.
Yeah they changed the bow string for the poster assets. So clearly they saw the error.
Made two posters so far, but putting some final touches on the best one.
Wow! Thanks for the detailed close-up. The poster in the OP appeared to have the original "inside-out" pose. (I opened it and zoomed-in to the max of my browser, still appeared to have the string "above" the arm".)
If this is the reference shot BioWare is providing to contestants for their posters, then they did indeed fix the most egregious error. Good on ya'!
Although note that the string still does not make the same line from the "nock-to-arm, then from arm-to-bow." The angle changes from one side to the other of Sera's left arm! (OCD, I know. But I actually have taken archery lessons, and know all too well how much it hurts to mishandle a bow!
)
Spoiler
We have a winner.
Here's mine. Decided to make the Quizzy sort of like a Messiah... Or at the least a very naughty girl. Because of the confusion, I'm not sure if I've actually submitted it properly, but at least I gave it a shot ![]()
I wasn't going to show mine but thought why not. Love the look of everyone's so far!
This thread needs more posters. Oh god, i can't wait for November 10th
And just like that, I've realized I probably don't have a chance. lol Amazing artwork guys!

Dude, there is 98% chance that no one here have any chances. Why? Because none of us(i guess) are real designers. Let's just have fun

I've seen the poster in the OP and I think everything is a visual effect
.
Those lessons..., Was it a compound or recurve bow?. It's "interesting" how you can get the arm after a few hits by the string (bloody pinkish scratches)
.
I was the champion with recurve bow of my town, loooong time ago.., and I miss it ![]()
BTW great posters there!!.
I really don't want to be the spoilsport here or anything but are you guys sure that it is allowed to show your entries on the forum? I kind of feel like it might not be allowed to make the entries public before the submission phase is over. Coud be just me, though. Just a thought.

Oh I know, it's all good ![]()
I can't be 100% certain that it's allowed but I read the T&C of the contest and saw nothing on there about it?

I don't know really but can't see any problem but..., well, only that you will boost the 'enemy'... ![]()
