They don't.
You could make a new email however.
I can do that, but they'll still be able to notice it's just the same submission edited.

Change it drastically enough so that it cannot be traced back to the other 'you'.

That's essentially making a new poster. Oh well, I'm not opposed to it anyway.
Wow! So many good entries. Good luck to everyone who entered.
This is the poster I submitted into the contest, minus the watermark of course.
edit: alright figured out how to edit my post lol

DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO!
It is both inspiring and enjoyable to see all the different art works presented here. Whether it is your offical entry or just something fun, everyone has doen a wonderful job!
This is exactly why our imagination is truly one of the greatest tools we have!
In keeping with that, here is an alternative work I created that I am pleased to share! It is more of a minimal image style, but with (what I hope) has cool, impacting text to draw attention to the material!

Do we give any info with the poster, name, address, etc?

Doesn't say anywhere that we have to. I didn't but I kind off wish I had, just incase they missed something when writing up the rules although, the rules look pretty solid.
The ones posted here look fantastic, can't wait to see the ones they choose for public voting, they're going to have be spectacular. Anyway, this is my submitted entry, minus the watermark. Hope posting this doesn't void my chances, I like having chances, however slim they may be.
To be on the safe side, I included my name, address, email and birth date in my submission, as they mentioned that as info they'd have to collect if you won any prizes. Dunno if excluding them disqualifies you, though.
Also, some really nice entries here. Great work, guys!

I really like your design. It looks a little mixed media ish which I really enjoy doing with my own projects at Uni, however, I couldn't do it for my poster because I'm on half-term and I don't have a scanner a home.

Thanks! It's actually 95% Illustrator and 5% Photoshop; no scanning required! With the exception of the occasional pen or pencil doodle, the vast majority of my work from the past 5 years is 100% digitally created. I used the (mirrored so the hand was correct) male Inquisitor as a base for the outline, then drew over him in Illustrator for the details and lighting. Added the text, and brought it into Photoshop to give it an older paper texture and tweak the text a little. Wanted to really give it that retro propaganda poster feel; I've done a few of them for Inquisition before and decided since the contest was to make a poster, why not add a new one to the collection? ![]()
Here's what I submitted to the contest, minus the watermarks. My main goal was to include all the companions and to not directly depict the Inquisitor because of all the possibilities the character could be. Everyone's looks awesome by the way. Good luck to everyone!

Oh the joys of uncontrolled excitement!
So I freely admit I got so into this epic awesome sauce that I kept playing around with features, effects and just went bat-shitzu crazy! So here is an alternate design (a variant of a previous alternate no less) that I won't be using, but thought it looked kinda snazzy and thus sharing!

I like it, but...you should try to make the text more readable...I would certainly change the font and perhaps have the text more...massed...or find a way to clump it together, keeping it to one side and allowing the viewer to read the text without darting from left to right. Just my two cents.
Nice work guys, really good stuff going on ![]()

I don't think we are allowed to neither make a new or resubmit an old submission, an entry in the rules says:
"Each entrant may enter the Contest one (1) time during the Contest Period.
Submissions received from any person or email address in excess of the
stated limit will be void..."
So they will probably just ignore any additional emails you send. I can really relate to your feeling tho', as soon I sent mine in I started seeing lots of faults in it and wanted to edit it but alas.. It was to late. :'> Guess we can just hope it works anyway ![]()

In the title space of the email, put in "DON'T DELETE ME! UPDATED POSTER! PLEASE!" and pray they see reason...
