That'd just remind me how much I'd rather be playing my Warden again than Hawke again.

I'm sick of Hawke getting all the attention and the Warden getting none
I'm mostly worried that they are gonna have the inquisitor look like an idiot in order to make Hawke look badass.
I'd rather not play more of hawke. That would be a game losing point for me. I'd kill myself several times before managing to get past it. Mainly because while I'm not against hawke I'm kind of sick of him/her. I don't think Hawke is all that great quite honestly and I certainly don't want to derail a game where I'm playing a different character just to have some Hawke time. To me that would cheapen the Inquisitor.
Also all these people bring up the Fact that the Exalted March has been incorporated in. We can't be certain that any of that actually means that Hawke has anything to do with it anymore. They could have reworked the story structure they had for that to involve a completely different character entirely. I'm not saying it did but it seems like any time it's brought up all attention goes to Hawke. It gets old.
I am not against it but I aint making Nug Blood Sacrifices to Gaider either in hope that it is included either so I guess I am indiffrent to it. ![]()

My personal theory is that the Breach was originally intended to happen in Kirkwall at the climax of Exalted March, rather than at the Temple of Sacred Ashes at the start of Inquisition.
Personally, I'm sick to death of both Hawke and the Warden, and I'd rather not see either of them. They had their time to shine already.
Hawke is alive by the end of DA2 in EVERY SINGLE PLAYTHROUGH.
The Warden (HoF) can be dead on any number of playthroughs.
Being able to interact with Hawke (or even having him/her playable) is understandable more so than doing the same with The Warden.
I am fine with Hawke meeting and helping the Inquisitor. But to play as, Hawke again. No thank you.
Everything that Hawke touches breaks and everything goes to hell around him so NO.
I love Hawke but i'd rather not play as s/he again. This is the Inquisitors game.

Pfft, the Warden was in the more beloved game (unlike DA2, who's reception was mixed), had Awakening continue their story (while DA2 had the Exalted Marches cancelled) and three games in the Dragon Age series and two protagonists later, the fandom still refuses to shut up about them!
As much as I enjoyed being the Warden, screw that guy hogging the spotlight already!
I like how it might be possible to play as Hawke again. Honestly, if I could kill off the Inquisitor and play as Hawke instead, I wouldn't mind. I'm not really interested in playing another human protagonist if I can play as Hawke. Yeah, yeah... I know some people want to play as someone else but I don't care. I'm Team Hawke all the way.
I'm wondering why is that big spider called "Blinky" ? Is that the name in-gam3?

Could be a mount?
Makes a bit more sense as the personality of Hawke is more streamlined, thus easier to make 3 personality differences compared to the Warden-Commander.

Killing the only person that can close rifts does sound like something Hawke would do.
If you want to play as him you always have DA2. Let the new protagonist shine.
I would rather not see Hawke in game, unless we can make him court jester in Skyhold.
I don't know how much of the scrapped dlc is going to be in Inquisition. My bet is, that content is going to be part of the "free marches" dlc, the final dlc of inquisition where the inquisitor must unite the free marches to defend themselves against a qunari invasion, which is not an invasion but an exodus. In fact, in the last chapter of the dragon age we are going to face the faction that kicked humans out of their lands shortly after the world was created, and did the same to the kossith before they went to par vollen.

I don't see how impossible it is to transfer that unique power from one protagonist to another. Also, rude.

Bioware's constant attempts (prior and after DA2) to make Hawke looks like "the most important person in the history of Thedas" are just... ugh, terrible

Notice how I didn't suggest to kill him. Mage Hawke could also perform pole-dancing.
Making Hawke rift-closer is not impossible. Giving him different backgrounds and race options is.

Blinky was the pet name given to it by one of the devs in a tweet. I think it was Mary Kirby (because, really, who else would it be).
