Have to say, that thinking about it the Character interaction really does fall off a cliff post rannoch doesn't it.
There is a real pre/post divide in the game, like they got to Rannoch and someone stuck their head around the door and said "Er guys.. we've only got a week left to finish this you know..". When, for example, you go see Liara and all she has to say is "Good to see you" for the 100th time, it's a bit disapointing.
I actually think that the LI should split time betwen Shep's cabin and the normal station, with the tendency increasing the closer to the end / as the romance progresses.
"Good to see you again Shepard"
"Thanks for coming by"
That's what conversations with Liara basically consist of post Coup, with only post Thessia being a slight change, then she proceeds to go back to those two phrases until she shows up in your room before the attack on Chronos.
Bioware really didn't space out the conversations with your squad mates very well, most of them happen in the in the first half of the game.
