I did use hydrogen peroxide to clean the wounds. they did't penetrate far, just beyond the skin layer a bit.
any suggestions on this would be appreciated in advance.
thanks.

Then again, this might be me being paranoid.
Besides that, I'd make sure it's bandaged up and such - smart move to get it cleaned quickly.

Unless you dropped the wall pins in the dirt, or they got pooped on by animals, they probably aren't going to give you tetanus.

To my knowledge, those might be able to cause tetanus. If it's been more than 10 years since the last shot, now would be a good time to get it. I'm not sure if that can prevent it after it's gone in, I believe it takes 8 days for effects to show.

well, I don't have Band-Aid. but those pins had old dirty paint on it.

If it's newer than the 80s you're fine.

Depends how old your place is. And if the pins were rusty.
If it's newer than the 80s you're fine.
they're wall pins, that were in use for hanging posters since 2008 and were put down three year ago to do painting of a entire room and then re-used to put the posters back up.
last year ago, they were put down again to remove posters because I had not needed the posters up again.

If they're rusty then maybe you should check that stuff out.
That being said I doubt a wound like that can hurt somebody that much.
I've worked in a zoo before. My hands have picked up all kinds of sh*t and no doubt some of that stuff made it in SOMEWHERE. But I'm alive.
Then again, you might get unlucky.
Germs are a-holes like that.

If it were older I'd say get checked out for Lead poisoning.
But that can't happen with what you described.

Wait until someone asks you to romance the pins.
Then you'll be regretting those words xD

I accidentally stab myself with rose thorns, step on rusty nails and dirty garden tools all the time and cleaning the wounds with water has always done the trick because my immune system simply works.

If you've got a halfway decent immune system you don't have to worry, thats exactly what it was designed for.
I accidentally stab myself with rose thorns, step on rusty nails and dirty garden tools all the time and cleaning the wounds with water has always done the trick because my immune system simply works.
You don't have to be immunocompromised to get tetanus. That's why people still get the tetanus shot.

On Tuchanka, getting stabbed by wallpins is the 57th 1/2 leading 'cause of the Genophage. I'd visit Mordon ASAP if I were you... You know, 'cause somebody else might get it wrong.
I don't believe my own eyes... Goku?? Is that you??? You're alive?? Where have you been buddy??!! Where have you been hiding??!! I thought you were dead!! I nearly lost my mind!! LOL ![]()

Small wall pins are not something to be worried about. Especially if it's not that deep it went in.
Seriously, if you are having sex you probably have a higher risk getting sick from your partner than getting tetanus from a tiny pin.
