Ok so I saw in a few different trailers what looks like two dragons fighting. Now this may be crazy, but I think that maybe one of them is the old god baby from the origins/awakening. It just seems to make sense. If anyone has other theories to this or have heard something new let me know

mmm... a 10-yo child turning into a dragon? I mean Morrigan is capable of a LOT of things, but I doubt that even she could teach her child that fast. I believe, like many, that that is Flemeth you see (consider the distinctive violet colouring).

No. OGB is a choice from DA:O how would everyone who didn't choose the dark ritual have the OGB in their playthrough?

Its been said though if you did the DR he exists and will have x relevance in inquisition with having morrigan be a bit more "human". But it is possible right now that it is him but who knows

Ok see I ran into that problem when I was thinking about it and the answer was in plain sight......its a baby with the soul of an old God. so why couldnt it be able to mature faster than normal humans. I mean being a reincarnation of a god has to have its perks. also as to it being the result of a player choice, maybe that is something you get i you chose to to sleep with morrigan. the same way zevran appeared in DA2 if you did not kill him in origins.

I think it'll be a dragon that we manage to tame and befriend.

Unless it's a dragon like Toothless. I could definitely go with that.

God I hope not. As said the OGB it like somewhere between 10-13 years old. To hand wave that he grows fast due to the soul and is a dragon? No leave it for DA4 or later. And do something more interesting then he can turn into a dragon.

This is true lol. I just thought it was weird that Morrigan was in the same scene

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't high dragons, especially old gods have 5 horns? Looking closely the zombie esque dragon should have atleast 5 horns (2 on each side 1 on top) whereas the dragon that jumps it only had 2

I seriously cannot remember now if Flemeth only had two horns, or if the archdemon did....****

If that Purple dragon is a shapeshifter, it's more viable to be Morrigan. I say that as the Dragon had horns that curled forward unlike Flemeth's Dragon form, and Morrigan could've learned how to become a Dragon by now plus Morrigan is alive in everyone's world state unlike the Original Gangster Baby.
Honestly though, my speculation leans more towards Dragon taming.
