I've pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition for PS3, but at some point when I get a PS4 I'll definitely want to get a copy of DA3 for it. Will the DLC I get for for PS3 copy transfer to my PS4 since I'm planning on linking my PSN account to the new console, or will I have to repurchase everything?

I think other than your account and unless they specifically say otherwise, any games and dlc won't transfer over and you'll need to repurchase them.

I'm guessing not, but hopefully they'll have the stuff re-purchaseable at a later date.
