Skipping school to buy a videogame always qualifies
I'm actually going to postpone buying DA:I until late January/early February because I don't want to fail my exams due to gaming overdose 
Also, I'm going to invest in a new PC around that time since there's no way in hell my current potato will be able to run the game.

Nothing quite as extreme as that overkill-machine you're building, OP. I did buy a new video card (GTX 770, damn you original release date and Watch_dogs making me not wait for the 9-series). Oh, also a week of paid vacation, so technically I suppose I'm a professional DA:I player.

And yes I am fully aware that my PC is overkill for DAI. But when one tempts 4k graphics, one does not mess around.
No lengths at all really. I have the fridays off from Uni, and Inquisition comes out on the 21st where I am. I guess you could count me getting up early to wait outside until Gamestop opens and then picking up my Inquisitors Edition as soon as possible

I am not buying anything new powerhouse hardware, just upgrading my audio devices as they have all fallen to pieces at this point and need to be updated.
But I already have a really beefy machine as it is.
Added another 4GB of RAM and taking vacation days Nov 19-21. So as soon as get home from work on Nov. 18 I will be playing for the next 5+ days straight.
It coincides with 2 weeks off work for me, though it is towards the end of the time off, so I might have to look in to some kind of VPN to get it all in before I go back. Looking forward to it though!
I'll be completely re-arranging my hard drives just before, but that is for other reasons(games are getting massive!)

I haven't had any time off work this year, so I took November 17-21. Then I realized I had a couple more days, so I took 24 and 25. Our company is closed for Thanksgiving (27 and 28), so I *technically* still have to go to work on he 26th. I do have paid sick time so.....
