[delete if already discussed or not ok to post]

Okay, I'm completely ready to get flamed for this but watching them use a controller on the PC version of the game during streams and video's, I'm wondering if just maybe the opposite is an option for consoles.

I haven't seen anything about it other than other people asking and not getting an answer, so I thought I'd ask here.

As a general rule I don't think the PC UI is supported anywhere but on PC. To have to switch the interface would require more mod-ability than the consoles have.

Do the consoles themselves even support KB&M?

There's no reason why they couldn't.

If they did, I'd be more likely to use them.

Certainly KBM can be done on the 360.  There was a third-party accessory (called the XFPS adapter, I think) which allowed you to use KBM in place of a controller on 360 games.  It was designed for use with shooters.

I know PS4 supports KBM.

And I really don't think including the ability to use the PC UI on console is unreasonable, it's not exactly a huge resource compared to other elements of the game.

FFXIV is on PS3 & 4 and supports KB&M. That's how I play it on the 4.
