I recall reading something about Josephine's hair being changed to match her Card, though I've no idea beyond that.

I noticed this, too.  In earlier promotions, her bun was much higher.  She still looks great, but I kind of like the high bun a little better. Also, is it just me, or was her skins lightened a couple shades?

I LOVE Cassandra and Josephine's new looks. Josie's new hairstyle is really nice and a step up from the original, although I was getting used to it. Cassandra is just much better in my opinion. She looks much more like her other iterations throughout the series, which was my main issue with appearances before.

She doesn't look like she does in Dawn of the Seeker for sure but that was like 20 years ago so she's definitely going to look different.  She does look closer to her DA2 appearance with the exception of that scar and braid around her head.

Cassandra just looks way more feminine for some reason, and IMO that's a good thing, and that voice though.

 

Josephine looks... okay, I suppose. I wish they kept her old hair, it looked better for some reason. Modding though, faces are always easy in Bioware games
